Never fails to disappoint!
Dragonfly is a company that never fails to find a problem for every solution the world might face them with! If I could describe the drivers in one word, that word would be consistency! However, that consistency had to give in at some point, as nobody is perfect, and that day was today. After an unbroken streak of messing up every order by either seemingly smacking themselves over the head with the package or delivering it to the wrong place, sometimes even the wrong city, Dragonfly managed to deliver an intact package to the right place in the end. I want to thank them for the Herculean task of following Google Maps instructions and send my warm regards to them for their reliability. I am proud to admit will continue to use Dragonfly when I have no other choice, without my knowledge, or when I did not really need the package in time anyway. 10/10

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve never seen a company make DHL and PostNL look good.
For context: we have a doorbell camera and we live in the city.
We ordered a package in week 1. They tried and said we were not home (we were). No one rang the doorbell. They tried again 2 days later, again they did not ring the doorbell. We were home again.
We ordered another package 2 days (hoping it would not be shipped by dragonfly). We were unlucky because we were so called not home again for that one. We are now in week 2. I called dragonfly and made a complaint about both deliveries.
In week 2, they tried both tried to deliver again on seperate days we were home. According to them we weren’t home.
We contact amazon, we had called dragonfly over 7 times. Left 7 complaints. It had escalated to their so-called supervisors. Nothing came out of that, not even another delivery attempt. Amazon said they would not ship the packages again through dragonfly, but they did. Now we have 3 packages they’re holding hostage.
Week 3. We are home. My e-mail gives a notification. Another delivery attempt. I sent another complaint.
I called the helpline through (085) 083 50 13. We had to be patient. They could not give the adres of the warehouse, we were not allowed to pickup the packages. We were not allowed to speak to a manager. They ‘promised’ they would deliver the packages (you can guess it did not happen). I spoke to a guy Samuel, he was nice but blocked us from talking to a supervisor. We then spoke to a woman. Rude woman. Told us we were not patient enough. We were too much for asking we could just pick up our packages.
They are still actively refusing to deliver the packages because we live in the city. Not a single time was a doorbell pressed. Our complaints were escalated a week ago. We can’t tell.
They’re holding our package hostage because we are complaining. We still don’t have our packages. No communication, just blaming us.
Give me the damn packages. Stop stealing.

After other 3 days my package is still not here, I have been refunded by amazon and still today I received a message that the courier delivered bij iemand..the attach two photos one black one and one of a number close up of a door were I went and nobody knows about any package received. The cherry on top of the cake is the picture..really what a company. If you live in dordrecht just cross your finger

I didn't receive my package
I didn't receive my package. The courier indicated that he dropped it through the mailbox, but took a photo of the package at the door. When I returned home, the package was gone.
Joke of a company
To begin with this company does not have delivery eta like DHL, postNL etc etc you have to wait whole freaking day at home and than while you waited the entire day, you get a mail with as where they say delivery attempt was made and that nobody was home and that is a bs. I was home and even better is my package was a small thin package which fits trough my door like a letter delivery. Amazon is so wrong to do business with this company. Everytime I order I have to pray to gods that they are not the one who delivers my item's. Because everytime something happend and nothing went flawless. Avoid this company at all costs. If they want proof I have that ready cause I have cam's through my property and a fancy doorbell cam.

2nd package" delivered " by this lot. 1st package never arrived . 2nd package was delivered but to the back of a shop 100m away from my house , went to look , of course nothing there.
I like other posters here cant understand why amazon use them.
All my deliveries now will goto a pickup point and as dragonfly dont have pickup points . DHL will have to handle it.

Dragonfly shipping is bad! Poor customer care
I was thinking if I should write the review or not but I think people should know. I’m waiting for 5 days for pickup. First day appointment - cancelled last minute. I got email it was rescheduled. Then nothing happened. I myself rescheduled 2 times and nobody came. It’s crazy. I am mute. And I can’t call them. They have not chat option. No email for customers. Only no reply email that is not monitored. This company is horrible. I wish I could have other options to use for return. But I am disabled in wheelchair and can’t get to post office to drop off my return.
