Emailed me saying delivery address was incorrect, it was entered incorrectly by the supplier. They requested an email confirming correct address and phone number - I did that and package is still in limbo 3 days later, zero response to email requests and the customer service line keeps disconnecting saying they can’t help at the moment.

Strange thinking delivery man
A delivery staff member called me via the building's intercom and asked me to help carry the parcel because it's too heavy. However, the intercom is connected to my cell phone, and I was not home, so I could not help him. As a result, he did not deliver the parcel, but he marked it "delivered".
After this, Dragonfly did not make any contact with me about the parcel.
What if I were an elderly or disabled person?
If the customer is unable to help the delivery person, does that mean the package will not be delivered?

I'm very careful to make sure that none of my parcels are being delivered by Intelcom/Dragonfly due to past experience. But Amazon slipped one in and it's the usual Dragonfly nonsense. "Arriving Thursday Morning" is how the lies begin. Then they claim that "Your package is on its way" when tracking clearly shows it's still in the warehouse". Next is the "minor delay" notice followed by "Exciting News!". So it finally gets on a truck with a promise of delivery by the end of the day and it never, ever arrives that day. And this scam, this con can go on for days. Only to have your package dumped in a common area of the building and if you're lucky you get a picture of it before it's stolen. Dragonfly is a disgusting business indicated by all the 1 star reviews.
Worst customer service possible
Terrible experience with Dragonfly in Calgary. They actually deserve a negative star or 0 star rating but we don't have that option to choose. Apparently driver tried to deliver twice and address was wrong. Incredible seeing as house was lighted and number visible! 20 attempts to call over 4 hours and no one answered the phone. Finally got through and rep from Dragonfly seemed to be helpful saying he would report and get new driver. Five hours later there was no update. Called again and was 95 minutes on hold. Same answer from rep at Dragonfly saying they knew the case, address was correct and they would send a new driver. Checked tonight and Dragonfly are now saying it is stuck in customs and they need me to call again. Amazing it could be in customs after they " tried to deliver." Please note Dragonfly is an Amazon partner. Called Amazon and tried to cancel and they say I can't as order is with Dragonfly. I highly doubt I will ever receive the TV or that I will get a refund.
Service is horrible
Service is horrible. The driver SHIVAM insisted that he can't deliver the parcel in front of our doorstep after asking me to buzz him in and he will leave in the common room where EVERYBODY can access the parcel. I explained to him that it is not safe. He just cut off the communication and marked my parcel as undelivered.

If I could give a negative stars based review I would. Their customer service is absolute shit. They ignore emails and make it a chore to find a help number that is so poorly staffed it doesn't solve any issues at all. This company is garbage.
I would actually like to give zero…
I would actually like to give zero stars. Dragonfly is the worst. From huge delays (up to 2 weeks too late) to disappeared packages (with the strategy of auto emails telling me that there's something wrong with my 35+ year old address) to packages thrown over the fence into our horse pastures and getting picked open by the birds to receiving parcels from neighbours that are actually 6km further down the road to receiving phone calls asking to meet somewhere along the hwy because "we live too far out". I'm absolutely speechless that a company with such a miserable service level still exists.

Absolutely the worst carrier service I have ever experienced. Customer (Not) service is a bad joke at best. Talk to three different agents, on the same day, get three different answers, but they are consistent on one thing, you won't get your package, or it will get delivered to some stranger in another town??!, even with your address clearly marked on the package!

Deliver to the wrong house every time
Every single time I get a package delivered by dragonfly they deliver to the wrong house! I have less countless complaints and reviews and they still do it. Once I called and they sent the driver to pick it up from the wrong house and he brought it to me. I now every time put in the delivery notes to double check the address but they still always seem confused. I eventually figured out they are delivering it to two streets away. I live in a city where the street are numbered 8, 8a, 9 etc. somehow they deliver it to the wrong numbered street. It just blows my mind they can get it wrong every time.
Ordered something on Amazon
Ordered something on Amazon. The vendor used dragonfly. It came fairly quick to a city 300 km from me. It is not 4 days on the road from that city and still not here. Four days and 300 km is a joke. Now they said it will arive another 5 days from us. ! STAR is what they are geeting from me. Ans apparently my wife said that everyone up north is having problems with them. Either getting items late or not receiving an item at all

They do not deliver to the unit doors in our building. They leave packages in lobby where packages are stolen. They do not send photos to show where the package is. They do not read delivery instructions sent to their website or the Amazon website. They do not read address label where it states in all caps MUST DELIVER TO UNIT DOOR. DO NOT LEAVE IN LOBBY. They do not respond to emails sent through their website about this. They are the worst company - unresponsive, ignore instructions, don't give a toss.

Criminals, thieves and scammers
First off, had 4 parcels to be delivered to my home, driver dropped off 2 and marked 4 as being delivered. Tried calling answering machine told me it was ending call after 10-15 minutes of waiting, emailed them describing everything.. Waited... Waited... Emailed again... Waited.... Waited... No replies.. Told myself 3rd times a charm... Emailed them again,,,, Waited... Waited... Still nothing.... Company comes from Quebec... Only drivers I've seen are immigrants who obviously can't read or understand bacic English. Even postures from driver showing only 2 packages... Missing 2 were larger and most likely in boxes not bags. Total idiot running and operating this clown show of a courier service... Sad that amazon actually sub contracts these criminals. I'd give zero stars but not an option... Would avoid this company like the plague if you can... Will be reporting to Amazon in hopes they cancel contract with them. Drivers are thieves and company shows no interest in making things right.
Packages delayed & shipped to wrong address
Packages are consistently delayed and somehow shipped to wrong address despite the street number being written in giant numbers on the outside of the building. Customer service number is nonfunctional.

If I could give it a zero, I really would. My boyfriend ordered me something around the first of November, and it said it would be delivered the 24th or 25th. It has not updated us since the 19th. We called Dragonfly many times. After waiting around an hour, we got through to a man who couldn't understand what we were saying, then hung up in our faces. Most of the options when you call dont even work.
Stay away from Dragonfly as much as you can. Looking at these reviews, many people have had a terrible experience so this very much makes sense.

My parcel left Amazon the same day I ordered.
It made it to the ‘hub’ in Barrie Ontario the same day. That was November 22. My guaranteed delivery was November 23.
I don’t know why Amazon uses this company as they are all their own bosses. They are contracted and obviously don’t care or likely not held Accountable.My address is wrong every time even though I called to confirm with an hour waiting on the phone.
I told Amazon they are the worst. Was out for delivery yesterday, of course my address was wrong again. Liars
