Horse Chestnut Leaf Miner Trap
Most effective. An excellent bit of kit.

Dragonfli were recommended to me to eradicate a suspected Vine Weevil problem in some of my pot plants. What drew me to them was their use of only natural products with no harmful chemicals involved.
I have been particularly impressed by their service and speed when responding to queries.
I thoroughly recommend them and will be using their products on a seasonal basis in the future.

Great to have a natural way to control the moth attack and the pheromone traps work to monitor progress. All orders received promptly.

Fungus Fly Killer Nematodes arrived in good time with easy to follow instructions. I needed them for my indoor plants and having used these about 2 years ago and not had any FF’s until I repotted, I bought nematodes again and the FF’s are all gone.

Products work great against pests and it's a plus they are environmentally friendly. Caught loads of fungus gnats with the Mini Monstera Leaf Green Sticky Traps and the colour blends really well with my green plant. I just stick them in the pot on the side and avoid the area when watering. Also bought the Clothes Moth Pheromone Traps and caught many moths with these near our wool rug and in our wardrobe.

Great company quick service. I had a 2 spotted spider mite problem (introduced by a bunch of growing herbs from a market garden). I tried most recommended solutions with no real results (Soap, Neem oil etc). No chems as I wanted to stay natural as possible. I added 5 Amblyseius californicus - Foil Sachets . The little fellows went straight to work (I checked them under a microscope and the are fast little beggers ) and although I know the spider mites are still there I have not noticed any new damage since the end of the first. Brilliant results

Hard to rate the trichogramma sachets but the pheromone traps definitely catch them. Hoping the sachets work - was good to learn that they should be kept clear of the pheromone traps.

I thought to try dragonfli a try last year rather that my regular biology pest control and am happy the service. I had slight problem with one of my orders on a Tuesday and customer service responded promptly and efficiently and the issue was resolved by Friday.

Bought some critters to take care of a thrips issue. Two tubs of active little critters turned up and are now on with the job, thanks dragonfli.

I was originally unhappy with the non communication about the delivery of cloths moths wasps that I had ordered. However, i could not be more impressed with the treatment accorded after I complained- the package was despatched promptly and I received clear information about delivery. I received the package today and have already started my fight back against the devastating damage caused to my clothes and carpets by moths.

Amblyseius cucumeris saches are very good and helping me to keep thrips under control. Right now I can’t see any. I’ve also noticed that there are hardly any fungus gnats flying around too. I would definitely recommend these predator sachets and Dragonfli for everyone.
They also have very good Daragonfli plant soap spray and other amazing things.
If any errors are made during order processing - customer service is excellent and issues are always resolved in a timely manner.

I ordered a 5 pack of beneficials as I have summer pests on my indoor plants.

I have never dealt with pests before and wanted to try a more environmentally friendly solution - fingers crossed and all that.

Sadly one of my packs arrived without a hanging tag, customer service email dealt with it immediately and within 24 hours I had an extra single pack delivered.

Very positive experience.

The ONLY downside is the cost with having such a small collection (affected) the overall cost including postage felt high - however I appreciate postage costs are beyond their control somewhat and let's face it Dragonfli have to make £ and do business.

This is a fantastic way to deal with unwanted pests on your plants. I’ve used so many sprays and none helped but this much more environmentally positive and less messy way to deal with them is so good.
Would highly recommend.

I bought the predatory mites for a severe fuchsia gall mite infestation on 7 fuchsia bushes. The gall mites had destroyed the bushes and I thought I might have to remove them. The Amblyseius Andersoni worked so well and after cutting back the diseased areas first the fuchsias grew back really well and are in flower again. (I had tried cutting back the diseased parts last year but the gall mites persisted.) Definitely a great product!

I needed advice as introducing predators for aphids is a new thing for me. I emailed and asked questions and was given detailed answers which were very helpful to me. Unfortunately the hoverfly larvae I wanted to purchase wasn't in stock, so I purchased Ladybird pupae and distribution boxes. I tipped some directly into the plant and put some in the boxes. It's difficult to say how effective they have been as I had cut off the tips of the infested shoots and some ladybirds were adult when they arrived so may have flown away but I would rather use these methods than insecticides and it's great that they are available to purchase and with good advice to help me do so correctly.

Had some issues with initial poor communication around timings for my order, but the company reached out and fixed them. My only issue is the inability to talk to someone about issues. Everything is done via email.

I've been using the moth egg killer sachets for moths for a couple of months. It's not a quick fix and you may need more than one treatment, but I am now noticing far fewer moths on my sticky traps. This works better than anything else I've tried.

Prompt delivery and so far the wasps seem to be doing their job. But I have a bad infestation so will be buying another sachet to hopefully complete the job.
