Truly better than expected …
My son is obsessed with these Draco Slides! It came nicely packaged with a bunch of freebies. They had an option to pay an extra $3.98 for free returns and package protection . We were unsure if they would fit or if we would like them so we opted to go with this option. It made the purchase pretty much risk free. We didn’t need to return them because my son absolutely loves them! They’re stylish and look great! They’re light weight and super soft and comfortable on the inside! Although he’s only had them for a month, they appear to be made of high quality material and seem very well constructed. We have no doubt they will last him for years to come!

Though the website counts down saying that you can make adjustments to your order - they are lying - they won't let you click anything to actually make adjustments. Bad customer service and a scam company
Paid for the vip membership and when i placed my order i got the gray reflective slides with socks. They make u pay 9.99 for express shipping which means it shouldn’t take 9 days to get here. When i finally got the slides… one of them had bad stitching. It took a few days to get a response from customer service and after sending pics i was only offered a $10 gift card? Really?? On top of that they sent a separate email saying my socks would come as a 2nd shipment and i still haven’t gotten those yet. I dont know if they expect me to return these to get a new pair but im not waiting just to return some slides and have to wait more weeks to get a new pair. I am going to every platform to tell how bad this company is. There is no contact number and it takes forever to get in contact with someone. I even bought the distressed pair last year paying almost $150 and i had no problems. I planned to buy several pair which is why i bought the VIP membership but im not supporting this company anymore.

Don’t pay for express shipping
I don’t know how they fit or feel bc I haven’t received them! I paid for express shipping and almost 10days later still waiting, though they advertise 1-5days. They won’t even return my express shipping charge. Feels very much like a scam.

I’ll gladly update this review if I ever get my order which was placed on February 23rd with plenty of time to arrive before my son’s birthday on March 5th. It’s the 9th and still no slides, no updated tracking, and finally a reply from Draco after 3 inquiries. “Best part”…I relied to their correspondence and it got sent back as undeliverable. I’ll give them another day or two and then the charges will be reversed via my credit card company. Frustrating to say the least.
