Had my cash in there less then 10 mins, applied due to the welcome gift that is not so welcoming. Basically they give you a bonus amount then tell you to spend your own money first. There is a very limited selection of games to use bonus amount on even if you blow through your credit. Personally i now have to wait for an email from them about account closing and withdrawal of what monies i put in. after 24h i may get back. Didnt spend a penny infact made 0.05p which they can keep. Stay away from this site. Use betfair, Ladbrokes or any other well known site youll be 100% better off. Customers service was great and its only bonus so far excuse the pun. The bouns amout you get is just a scam that can only be used on fixed games. Im guessing too that the wins are fixed up to a cetain amount. All this after no less than 5x 0.3p bets and im out and 30mins or less play time. Hopfully with what money i put in too. When they want you to use your own cash first run a mile trust me. I do not mind losing but i want a chance to earn it back. Here its not the case. £568 needs to be made off a £10 bonus before you can withdraw. Eg a scam a 12 yr old kid could figure out.
I might also add as soon as i withdrew my initial 10 deposit. They instant suspended my account and removed any bonus funds. Very suspicious.

Dreadful l, withdrew my winnings £1800 and drbet approved the withdrawal however it has not been transfered to my bank despite using faster payment method. This was a week ago!!! My bank are saying they don't know anything about the payment and confirmed there are no restrictions on my bank. I contacted trustly (payment method used) and they can't confirm anything without the faster payment ID which only drbet have access too and apparently it takes up to 31 days for me to get the faster ID number. Ridiculous!! So as it stand there is £1800 of my money MIA and no-one can give me any answers at all.

Made a deposit of £50 via Trustly through the website. The money was taken from my account but has never arrived in my Dr Bet account. They are blaming Trustly. Trustly are blaming Dr Bet and meanwhile I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. Just keep getting told it's being investigated.

I have been waiting 5 days and my withdrawal has not even been processed. I have sent in all relevant documents. Get an email saying your account is verified then to be told on chat that the computer system has verified it now it has to be done checked manually. I have played before on this site, now I remember why I stopped playing.

This is the procedure. You'll open an account. You'll deposit as much as you want. If you win and request withdrawal the transaction will remain pending for many mamy days (although during this time you can still deposit).
Then once they have come up with a reason to close your account they will and they will retain ALL funds. This is no joke.
