Fragwürdige "Forschungsgruppe"...

Impressum in den USA: Rechtlicher Sitz ist "PBC perfect business consulting LLC", 1603 Capitol Avenue, Suite 413, Cheyenne, WY 82001 - eine bekannte Registered-Agent-/Briefkasten-Adresse, unter der tausende Firmen gemeldet sind. Gleichzeitig richtet sich der Auftritt (deutsche Telefonnummer 07071, deutsche Sprache) klar an den deutschen Markt, und die Kaufabwicklung läuft über eine weitere Domain (allsani com). Dieses Muster - deutsche Zielgruppe, aber US-Shell-Firma
im Impressum – wird von Verbraucherzentralen häufig als Warnsignal genannt: Es erschwert deutsches Verbraucherschutzrecht (Impressumspflicht, Widerrufsrecht, Gewährleistung) und die Durchsetzung von Ansprüchen für deutsche Kunden.

Achtung Spam und Junk

Hier werden täglich Mails verschickt die nicht gewollt sind.
Es wird dann einfach behauptet man hätte sich für die Newsletter angemeldet was allerdings nicht der Fall ist.
Auch nach mehrmaliger "abbestellung" werden fleißig weiterhin Mails verschickt!
