dreadful company, applied to renew driving licence, this company is on search engine, knew nothing about them to I received a email welcoming me, went to bank today to get a balance noticed that Dr Admin had took a £89 subscription fee, when I rang and spoke to someone they would not refund me this amount, because it is written in the smallest writing, please please be aware when using dvla website, I've also had to cancel my bank card because I thought it was a SCAM

Absolutely shocking.
Daughter did her provincial driving license.
This company came up to use, she unknowing thought this was the DVLA.
3 days later a payment of £89 was taken from the account.
Spoke to the company, they would only refund £60 as I was 1 hours over the 3 day trail, which we knew nothing about.
As she applied for the provisional at 11am the 3 day trail ended at 11 am today, rather than the end of a business day.
The back have explained they are getting a high volume of call about this company and there shocking behaviour.

It’s a total scam, it’s £34 for the application then they charge you another £89 after 3 days, they called it service charges every 3 months?!
What company do that? The application hasn’t even went through yet! What service is that? Avoid! DO NOT USE!

Avoid. This company are at the top of the search engine and mimic the DVLA. However, they are third party company that sign you up (unknowingly) to a recurring £89 subscription. They will hide the details in the small print of T&C’s so not strictly illegal, just morally wrong. Action to take: email Dr admin immediately to cancel the subscriptions and demand a full refund. Dispute the transaction via your online banking, this will block any future payments being taken but also stop you accidentally processing any payments to their account. Finally, the most important, report this company to Trading Standards, this can be done online and they have the ability to stop this kind of fraudulent misconduct. The more Trading standards reports the better as they are forced to take action.

Wish I could leave 0 star review . Absolute scam of a company . My daughter tried to apply for her provisional license and was redirected unknowingly to this company who initially took £44 then £89 out and lied about emails confirming subscriptions etc . Appalling company who scam people I’ve just been on a chat and they say she must have ticked boxes etc . I asked for proof but none given . Will be taking it further

My daughter bought a provisional licence from dvla and upon completion didn't notice the subscription sign up chestnut, ultimately she ended up signing up for dr-admin 3 months subscription that she knew nothing about nor wanted, after a month £89 was taken and behold a "what is this moment". I chased them up and they gave back £60 and cancelled as we'd had a month, still this is a con.
DVLA if you are listening why be affiliated with this you obviously got paid since she got her licence but why? this is .gov.uk after all, do you hate us that much?

£89 has been fraudulently obtained through misleading links into the government website to obtain a provisional license. Notice has been made to cancel a subscription that was never clearly and explicitly entered into; if this is not forthcoming within the next 5 days we will be seeking legal recourse.

Con...card cancelled ...realised as soon as received email but RBS were no help at all only to tell me it was a subscription but couldn't do anything as payment was still pending....useless. RBS told me to contact this obvious scam company to sort it...ffs why is google allowing companies like this to impersonate .gov and what is the point in the fraud dept at the bank .

DVLA scam Contact your bank for refund
This fraudulent company somehow piggybacks into DVLA gov.uk website. I was applying for sons provisional driving licence I made sure what I thought was DVLA website finished my application and when I paid all looked legit apart from it said payment will show as dr-admin. Then couple days later had email saying congratulations on subscription to Dr Admin. Cut long story short they take £34 for application then £89 every 3 months for there subscription. You only have a so called 3 day trial. When I contacted DVLA they know about this company but do nothing about it they are just as bad. Contacted our bank they said this is fraud and you will get a refund. I'm tech savvy and know a dodgy website this 100% looks like DVLA gov UK website. Be aware of these fraudsters that's including DVLA!!

Legal, maybe, certainly misleading.
Went through what I thought was the delay, no notifications came up on my phone until completed payment.
Immediately contacted company to cancel, email directed to cancellations page where a big box says unsubscription- error processing the unsubscription. Which is a change from the first 10 x it just said unsubscription.
I followed this up by an email, their own terms and conditions state, hidden amongst all the usual jargon and split between paragraphs that the price and free trial amounts are clarified when you click on the site? Oops, no they weren't. However free trial period appears to be 3 days, have emailed to cancel and had aknowledgment of receipt of email.
If this co pay does try to take money from my account it will be fraud as I paid for another's application, so they have only my bank card details, not my name and storing these details when I have entered no contract with them would be fraud. Will update to let you know what happens.
Update, day 2
After emails to the company to cancel account and to ensure we recieved notification of this within 24h this has today been completed.
I hope everyone is able to resolve this.

My son needed to change his driving license was charged £14.00 and the next day £89.00. Never heard of this SCAM company and I demanded a refund, they put the phone down 4 times and reiterated because he went on their website that it was legal. If the full refund is not in my account Tmw, action fraud will be involved…. Don’t even click their link it costs £89 and is a subscription !!! Dvla need to sort this out !

Scammers do not Use for driving licences
My partner applied for her daughter's provisional driving licence. They took £89 and on the following day to £44 out her account twice in total she was scammed out of £177 . Make sure you don't use these scammers and you need to use Gov.com for all thing's regarding driving licences
