Very unresponsive, paid 1700 Dkk for a chair that never arrived. I keep contacting them without answer. They’re unreliable, unresponsive and overpriced for the inconveniences they create. I realize that it has been Christmas and New Years, the purchase was made on 19.12.2023 and since I haven’t gotten a noreply about the order status or anything related. Pure scammers don’t waste your money on them.

Still haven’t received what I ordered even a week after it was supposed to. No one is answering the phone, email or chat. Simply terrible.

Worth for the money that we spent on this office chair.

I have not yet received my package. Nor has it been delivered at my home, as paid for. I have already communicated this in writing to DPJ but I have not yet received a reply and a clarification. Sub standard service so far.

Not satisfied by delivery timeline, ordered on 13/11, not received withing stockholm area till 20/11

Ordered 2 raisable desks to my apartment in Gothenburg. Desks are of good quality with good price. The delivery was good and it took only 3 days. Big minus is that there was no option for assembly service and no option for delivery in the apartment. It took 2 people 4 hours to assemble each desk. The hardest was to put the screws, and make holes to the table. The instructions even say to not use automatic screwdriver!

The desk quality is very good but I didn't have a good experience with the delivery. They could only deliver to the building door so I had to be at home and I had to carry up to my apartment by my self, which was pretty heavy. The delivery cost is very expensive for such a poor service. And I also don't like the fact that I needed to use a drill for assembling the footer.

Paid for home delivery but transport service asked to do service point pickup. No support so far highly disappointed.

After assembling the desk I found out that one leg did not go up and down. I wrote to the support, and they shared the link to record a complaint, but it also did not work.
I started emailing with the customer service regarding my situation. They stated that the desk was assembled incorrectly and asked for different photo and video proofs and checks. After 2 weeks of emailing with different ideas on what could possibly go wrong, they came to the conclusion that the leg was defective and they would send a new one. After another week I received one. Hopefully, it works. But it seems that the desk was not designed to be assembled/disassembled as small parts like screws and connectors are breaking easily which makes the construction not solid.
I must say that the top of the desk is very good, nice material and the color is the same as on the site. The mechanical part is really cheap, but it should be a key for such types of desks.
In general, I would rather not recommend buying this desk due to the pure quality of mechanical parts and really not clear user manual

I have not received my order yet, it takes a week already.

I have bought a Höj och sänkbart skrivbord - Standard, with a black base and walnut board. I like the quality and the packing.
I think there is space to improve the assembly experience, the manual mentioned an item which does not exist in the package! and it needs a lot of efforts to assemble the board to the base, some holes in the board might make it easier.
In general, I am happy about the desk.

I give 3, because the tabletop did not have pre-holes for mounting the handle and the legs. Due to this reason the tabletop got cracked. the table is still function but does not look pretty.

I havent got my second parcel and there had been no message on it

Overall experience is good, DJP Workspace have wide choice of products for home-office. However, there is a detail which could be improved: prices are shown excluding VAT even for private customer, so one can see the real price only after adding a product to shopping cart.
