I have a good communication throughout the process Lyn has been great, helped me out loads any little questions I've just sent an email she's answered and timely manner I cannot complain.

Recently sold and bought a house DPA Law handled it all for me they were great. The service was professional, friendly and informative, the staff were genuinely, involved and understanding of the stresses experienced by clients. I found the staff knowledgeable and they provided clear helpful information every step of the way. I am deeply unhappy and upset by the way this law firm have behaved and continue to treat me. I could never recommend them. They are awful and I wish I had never had anything to do with them. They are not clear about how much money they are going to charge you, I was told one thing but they claim another was written down. I have signed nothing and I was grossly misled and now they charge me £25 a go everytime I try to speak to them, which takes a huge amount of time as they are really bad at getting back to you. I was deeply traumatised when my Mum died and thought I was doing the right thing going to a solicitor but I so wish I had steered clear of these people. I feel like I’ve let my Mum down by going to this company.

My solicitor, Debbie Ennis Evans at DPA Law was amazing. She represented me with professionalism and compassion. Always keeping me up to date with developments in my case and showing patience and understanding. She performed a first class service.

Awful company!
Do not answer calls. Took a month to send out contract packs for house purchase, currently held up for another six weeks. Solicitor, estate agents calls and emails ignored. Our contract is signed and ready to exchange.
They couldn’t even find the file which was travelling between offices.
Do not use this company.
