The booking as usual went fine, the true question remains how the true pickup will go! 5 stars if DoYoSpain would guarantee that as well and would have some power over local rental agencies and their... See more

Do not use for car hire. Our flight was delayed. We received no support in amending our booking even though we provided our flight details and communicated this directly to the supplier OKMOBILITY. We and several other families left stranded at Alicante airport. We had no alternative other than to hire another vehicle. DO YOU SPAIN were not interested in our issues and just repeatedly said it is a ‘non refundable booking’. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The insurance cover is made look like it's full cover with the car but it's not, it's excess cover where you will still have €1950 blocked on your credit card when by the actual hire company.

Please STOP before you book with this company. They don't have it clearly stated that you'll need an international driver's license to rent cars. They have it embedded but once you book, you'll see it clearly stated on your voucher and if you're unfortunate to have purchase a non-refundable ticket, then you're out of pocket.
Claudia has just responded and as you can see from her note, the requirement for an international driver's permit is not provided BEFORE you book but only AFTER you book and on the voucher you receive after making payment, which means that if you don't have one, you're going to lose your money. This information should be CLEARLY stated right on the booking page BEFORE a user checks out or purchases this car rental service.

I made a booking, and do you spain had no car for me, it was fake reclame, fake oppurtunity, fake contract. Do you spain is not good, far not
I strongly DO NOT recommend this company! Their policy is unbelievable and feels like a complete scam.
During the online booking process, an option for a child car seat was added by mistake (a simple misclick). The main driver is 61 years old and is traveling completely alone, without any children. Both their virtual assistant and customer support stated that it is completely IMPOSSIBLE to cancel this accidentally added item.
What makes it even more absurd is that the car rental fee is taken immediately from your card, but the child seat is supposed to be paid only upon arrival at the desk. Yet, they refuse to modify the booking. It is completely unacceptable that a single mistake in the reservation form leaves you trapped with high, unreasonable costs for an accessory that cannot and will not be used.
To make matters worse, we rented two cars from them. Interestingly, they only sent a feedback request email for the second car – the one without the child seat and where no support intervention was needed. They clearly filter their emails to avoid getting bad reviews from customers they have treated poorly.
Zero human approach, zero flexibility, and terrible customer service. Save your money and nerves—choose a different rental company!

This is the 4th country (USA, Spain, Denmark and Estonia) we have rented a car with Doyouspain.com. Each time has been easy and convenient. Easy to see prices, rules and easy to book.

Anmerkung nach der Antwort von do you spain: how come you instantly respond to my text above but not on my e mails since 1 week? Yes i know what is written on my voucher, there is a text saying credit card must be valid for 3 months and my creditcard was valid! I still had to pay DOUBLE! the price stated on the Voucher at pick up. I am also working in the travel business and if i would handle complaints like you and not answering all the e mails i could shut down my agency. This ism’t very client friendly.

We live in Valencia and have tried to rent from them a few times and we have had nothing but problems with them. There are too many conditions attached. Once we were refused the rental because we lived here and they only rented to tourists. Another time we did not have an embossed credit card. Each time we lost our money. Terrible!!!!!
