Very efficient and quick

Very efficient and quick.
I got my phone appointment within 10min. Contacted exactly the time the appointment was scheduled.
Very professional, assessment done and prescription sent to the local pharmacy within also only few minutes.
Very good price, I didn't need to move from my home.
For the specific situation, 100% recommended. I would say for simple clinical requirements.
Available every day of the week is another good advantage.

Great service

The Dr was very helpful and professional.. highly recommend. Good value for money, and so convenient. Got an appointment so quickly. Much better service than trying to get an in person appointment at a gp.

Terrible service

Terrible service, the doctor didn't turn on the camera during my appointment, didn't give me the necessary attention, and prescribed medications that aren't helping at all.

Great experience

Great experience, they took my appointment on short notice and within 10 minutes of the call ending my prescription was in my local chemist. Great value also! Would highly recommend!

When i called today

When i called today, i was shocked to be informed by the doctor that she had no access to my file from last week. So your rotating doctors do not have a shared database for your patients???
