Bought 4 of the RGB headlights which 1 does not work properly. Sent multiple videos of the problem as requested to then be asked to cut the main wire before a replacement is sent. I refused this as this would mean I damaged the light so they could refuse replacement or refund. Since then I have not heard from them. States on their website the headlights are legal in the UK which is a lie. They will not pass an MOT. Complete waste of time and money

I haven't received my part paid for expedited shipping still no part i wouldn't recommend this company to any one its the worst parts company ever can't speak to No one they don't answer emails

Total fraud and a scam. Please please don’t buy anything from them. They don’t response.

I have bought a led bulbs for my car's headlights and unfortunately they don't fit in. I did not use them at all..
According to the returns policy stated on the doxmall's website: "you can return the item in new/unused condition if you are not satisfied with it for any reason during the 30 days after the purchase.."
The problem is, they dont respond your e-mails and there's no other way to contact them. They are based in China.
In summary, this is a SCAM.. My advise is, do NOT buy anything from them if you don't want to have problems.

One of my motorcycle aux lights went out after about a year of use. I contacted Doxmall. They told me to remove the lights from the bike, and when off the bike connected directly to a battery and have a video showing and proving that one of them is not working. After I sent them a video they sent me a new light. I put 4 starts instead of 5 because I had to send few reminding emails to check on their validation of my test and few more reminders after they promise to send a new one.
But in the end they acted on their promise and it was nice to have a new light and to be able using the them again. Customer service was very prompt responding to emails and were very polite.

I order a spare tire cover for jeep liberty and they send me one for a jeep wrangler I been trying to contact them by phone sound busy every time no matter the time I send emails and nothing back I wouldn't reco
mmend them poor customer service update this is what they answer , Sorry for a late reply I checked that we Made a mistake, so I am Sorry for your bad shopping experience. Actually the difference between 2 spare tire covers Is a word It doesn't affect The use. If you return the cover you'll be responsible for the shipping Which is a lost for you How about this We'll refund $5 you keep the Item you received ...... So I keep a Cover for a Jeep Wrangler when I own a jeep liberty and I order a jeep liberty covered

Avoid these people at all costs. We ordered some parts for a Jeep. When they arrived they were the wrong parts and in the wrong quantity. The website says to email them to initiate a return and I’ve emailed them multiple times at all three email addresses I’ve found for them. I’ve also left multiple voicemails on the number listed on their website. No response that way either.

I think they are avoiding me so that the return window will pass by.

Furthermore, we paid a great deal for expedited 3 day shipping. Of course it took 8 days to arrive from China.

just got a headlight from doxmall for my jk. the quality looks very good. the brightest out of my imagine.

The product that I bought, wasn't capable of doing as it was advertised. When I contacted, it was up to me to get the product back to them. The return policy states "they will provide a label". Not the case. It's up to me to find the time to get it shipped back to them. Not what the return policy says. They are not familiar with what they sell. Beware

I ordered a halo headlights for my jeep, paid and NEVER received it. No phone number and will Nor respond to emails. SCAM site for sure.

Horrible company do NOT buy from them, terrible quality didnt send all items and no refund!!!!!!

Order a 5 3/4 inch day maker style head light foy my harley on Febuary 15th 2021.Paid 58.00 for the head light and an additional 30.90 for express shipping which should have been 3-6 days.Ots now March 4th and still no head light.Ive sent several emails to them and have gotten no reply.I feel i should be refunded the cost of express shipping since i bave not received my order in the time frame that was said.Let alone i have not even received the head light yet.I WILL NOT ORDER FROM DOXMALL NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND DOXMALL.COM TO ANYONE... I believe theyre a total scam.Theyre customer service os completely non existent.Never again will i ever order from doxmall.com.100% rip off.

The quality seems very good.
