I used to only sleep 3-4 hrs a night and had lots of ascension symptoms, headache,body aches, restless legs, nausea bought my grounding sheet slept like a baby for 9 hrs straight woke with less body aches, headache gone restless legs gone! Now my granddaughters when they come for sleepovers they want to sleep in grannies bed and not their own beds they love it too which is just great as one is ADHD and the other one on the spectrum and we all get a good night's sleep and early bed . I have been sleeping grounded for many years…
I have been sleeping grounded for many years but always with a grounding sheet. I got so tired of washimg it every week and waiting for it to dry. Then I became worried that it did not work anymore. I purchased a meter and it did not seem as though the sheet was working. I ordered a half sheet by mistake because I have a king. I did everything to return it but when I went to the P.O. I found out it was going to cost $50 to send it to Australia. They should tell you that. Anyway I decided to keep it and order the full size and I will use the smaller sheet when I am away from home. I really like the idea of not having to only use one sheet. The mat is soft and comfortable.

Awful, misleading, scammy customer service
Just a very shady and misleading company. I ordered the "half size" mat for a King Size bed, which would make you think that it would be half the size of a king size bed.... It is literally a 1/4 of a king size mattress. No joke it's 28 inches wide like a workout mat. So it's just a manipulative misleading way to have the website set up to begin with. You have to go to the size tab and then you realize how tiny it is instead of just having that up front listed on the website. Asked for a return and they make you take photos of the items you are returning and say things like "you need to have 'specialty packaging' included which means the plastic bags, that's the 'specialty packaging'. I have done everything and their website won't let me upload photos and they told me that my regular pictures from my camera my phone are too big and high quality to be accepted. So I took screenshots of the pictures as they suggested and even those pictures are now too high quality to be uploaded. Try to do it on a brand new iPhone 17 and a new Samsung Galaxy s26, neither operating system would work. Now they are telling me to go find a computer to use and take pictures from the computer, but I don't own a laptop or a computer. Over a dozen emails trying to just get a return so far, probably the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. It's basically a return scam. If this company believed in their product they wouldn't be running a return scam on their customers. So when you open the package make sure you keep every single little thing because they call plastic bags "specialty packaging" just to make it difficult for you to make returns. They make you upload photos that are lower quality than a screenshot or then make you go to a computer if that doesn't work and I'm sure that wouldn't work either. Probably going to have to dispute with my credit card company because their return process is straight out of a scam website. Plenty of other grounding businesses out there that aren't manipulative scam artists.

Love how I feel in the mornings since…
Love how I feel in the mornings since getting my Down to Ground mattress pad. I bought the largest size and it covers 99% of my king size bed.
I have been suffering from neuropathy in my feet and after chemo treatments and hormone therapy it was getting worse. After 2 weeks of using the mattress pad, the pain is subsiding in my feet and the first steps in the morning are less and less painful!

Back and hip pain, sleep loss
I had back and hip pain, and trouble sleeping. When I was wearing my Winter pj's, it helped some. When I wear my Summer pj's, and there is more direct-skin contact, it is amazing! My pain is gone, and I sleep much better!!! I highly recommend it :)

Electric field dramatically lowered.
I was concerned at first because my grounding mat didn't look like the one in the ad, but it was explained to me that mine was made of cotton with stainless steel threads. That's better for me because I don't tolerate synthetic fabrics often made with petroleum. I bought a gauge that measures a person's electric field, and I was able to confirm the mat is reducing my electric field dramatically, even with a sheet over it.

I have owned grounding sheets before…
I have owned grounding sheets before and fully believe in the technology-- Read the Book, Earthing--- highly recommend! So when I saw that someone had come up with a better type of grounding mat for sleeping, I was thrilled! The grounding bed mats came quickly and I ordered several so that not only our bed would be a health-giving place to be, but our childrens' beds would also. Very pleased with how easy they are to use and clean! Great product!

Their grounding mat does not work!
Their grounding mat does not work at all. I have tried other grounding mats and sheets, of which one grounding sheets produced some relief from body pain. However, for the amount of money you pay versus little to no benefit, I was able to return all previously tested. EXCEPT Down to Ground who doesn't want their grounding mats for beds returned. I suspect because they know their grounding mats don't work! Another scammer company!!

Socket Tester
I received my order today though I have not used the grounding sheet yet. I received a tester which doesn't appear to work and looks different and cheaper than the photo on the box it came in.
Also Im still waiting on a response to my other review where you asked for further information which I supplied but decided not to bother getting back to me.
Furthermore I only just realised your tester tripped the circuit breaker for all the plugged in household goods which I had to switch back on. Not good.
I have just emailed you today with photo of tester and box it came in.

Very painful experience
I was very excited to try The Down to Ground mattress cover. After using it for one week I realized that my body hurt. I was stiff and getting up from my chair I had to take it very slowly. I could not figure out what was going on. I’m in great health, never any issues with movements or pain but something was up!!!
I racked my brain as to why I was so sore and why my body ached. The light came on, the only thing new was “The Back to Ground“ mattress cover. I changed my bedding and put my grounding fitted sheet back on.
It has been two days now and I can say that the pain is now gone.
Sad to say that The Back to Ground would not allow me to return the matress cover for a refund since I had used the matress liner. Think twice before you buy from this company. Take note*** All the reviews that told the truth about the grounding pad do not get a reply from the company, they only recognize the good reviews.

When people start grounding, some can experience what is often referred to as a “detox” or adjustment phase, where the body may temporarily feel sore, tired, or out of balance as it adapts. Because of this, we generally recommend a gradual approach to grounding, such as starting with shorter periods of use before sleeping on it overnight.

Am on my third week of sleeping on…
Am on my third week of sleeping on grounding mat. My sleep is much more restful. Getting 6-8 hours instead of 3-6 hours before the mat. Much more relaxed. Anxiety level at night has dropped significantly.

Love grounded sleeping!
Really love the grounding mat and the longevity of it compared to grounding fitted sheets. I wish it was easier to find the size of it as we have a king size bed and got the larger size mat and had to place it sideways so it really only covers our torso’s down to our calves. Maybe that’s enough but waiting til it arrives to know if you have to buy another one and place them side by side was a little daunting since they’re a bit pricey. Sleeping great though! Once I’m as sleep I don’t wake up until morning.

We also completely understand your point about sizing. It can be a bit tricky to visualize coverage, especially for larger beds like a king. For grounding, having consistent contact with your body (even just from your torso down to your calves, as you mentioned) is generally sufficient, so it sounds like you’re still getting good use out of it.

Customer service was awful. The socket adaptor was broken and I reached out for a replacement and I was told that it was made by another company and to contact that company. Then they just stopped communicating with me. So I opted to just plug the cord directly into the grounding hole in the electrical outlet

So, I gave this a honest try, I've had this Grounding sheet for 3 months now and I honestly do not see a difference. I reached out to get a refund but they gave me a German address when the website clearly says ask for a US address. I reached out multiple times for the address and return Slip and nothing.
