They use the Track718 website to display computer-generated fake transit updates. If you have purchased something from them, call your bank and dispute the transaction immediately!

Ordered over a month ago through a targeted ad on Instagram, waited over 30 days while getting vague updates from a 3rd party tracking service. Finally got a message saying my package had been delivered; no package. After writing to Dovvishop customer service for a full refund, they tried to negotiate the amount at 60% (for a product I never received). I finally settled at 90% to cut my losses and resolve the issue. Now I have to wait another two weeks for this partial refund to my cc. In summary, 30+ days wasted, no product, 10% of my money withheld. Extremely poor way to conduct a business. Never again,
