Appalled
I had an email from this company stating that They had been unable to action a gift subscription to a magazine I had ordered because I already had a Direct Debit renewing subscription for the same publication and that I should give them a telephone number so they could ring me or that I should ring them.
No mention of which publication it was, not "to" address in the dropdown on Google mail. I rang them, they seemed to have no idea who I was. couldn't tell me what the subscription was for, and were so offhand as to be rude, so I said goodbye and rang Sunday Times Travel Magazine customer services, as this was the only such transaction I had recently made. They said they had started using a subscription management service. Maybe they should have looked on TrustPilot first. Why does a company of stature entrust their reputation to an agency which behaves in this way?
