Great bag, fabulous Customer Service...
I originally received a different item to the one I ordered. I immediately contacted Customer Services and received a speedy response from Sarah, who was lovely and helped get the correct bag sent out to me. Brilliant customer service, I was extremely impressed - thank you Sarah! I have now received the correct bag and love it, exactly as described and pictured online. I would absolutely give 5 stars if it wasn't for the incorrect item originally delivered. Thank you Doughnut :)

Excellently designed and considered backpack
Excellently designed bag with well-thought through organisation (particularly the side access to the main compartment and extra pocket in the top flap). The laptop sleeve is well padded on all sides, which is often missing to some extent on other bags. The shoulder straps are very comfortable being well padded. Oh and not to forget the catching design with the coloured nylon panels - a thoroughly excellent backpack!

Beautiful bags & great service
Great customer service. Whenever i have emailed over a concern (once about a refund and once after receiving the wrong item), i have always received a timely response followed by swift action.
The bags themselves are beautiful and very handy- i love that they are waterproof.
Would definitely recommend.

I bought a mini. So when it arrived I tried to check the authenticity code 3 times and I couldn’t do it, because the code was difficult to read.
So I send an email with the problem I was facing so I received an email with instructions; even telling me that maybe instead of 0 was an O.
They were very kind and answered all my doubts.
It has been a great experience and I would not hesitate to buy another product.
