Turned to gel, no response from company
I ordered 3 vials of Tesamorelin (ive used this peptide for a while from various sources), they were shipped quickly and packaged well, however the first vial turned into a thick gel, ive never seen this before with any other Tesa. The main thing is, i reached out to them and got no response.

We did respond and offered to resolve this for you by email, a day later, on Nov 26/2025.
I explained that we keep replacement inventory on hand specifically for situations like this, and asked you to reconstitute one additional vial so we could determine whether the issue was isolated or affected the rest. I also made it clear that if another vial behaved the same way, we would replace or credit the product.
We never received a reply letting us know how you wanted to proceed.
Let us know how you would like to proceed so we can resolve the issue.
