Terrible! Take your money elsewhere. Don't buy from them online.
After 1 month of ordering, still didn't get a tracking, by then I didn't need the clothes. Had to request for a cancellation 3x and never did. They never refunded my payment and they still sent the clothes to my old address after almost 2 months! Terrible customer service!!!
I really love Dotti but it is disappointing that no size 18 clothes are in store. They are online and at DFO outlet stores but not in the north lakes store. This really enhances the stigma around weight and body image in women.
Thank you to your two salesgirls at your Frankston store, Georgia and Leanne, on a Monday a few weeks ago when I was shopping for a special ocasion, they were both exeptional. They were very friendly when I walked in even though they were working through a lot of boxes of clothes, Leanne was very atentive to me in the changing room, even with several customers at once, I felt so encouraged by her and she outfitted me beautifully. I have now gone back and purchased more of the clothes they showed me. I will be coming back to your shop more often, and I want to thank both of them for their wonderful positive energies.
