Their system forces users to park in assigned spots, which made it impossible to finish my trip and led to a frustrating waste of time

Poor experience, got charged for being out of bounds as randomly going across housing estate.

No warning, just stopped then charged my account. No issues with Lime, Bolt or Tier for that matter.

Unable to speak to anyone as chat function does not work and no way of getting my unjust £10 back. Account deleted and will not be used again.

LIME IS 100% BETTER.

Awful app. Shows a parking space as blue and available and as soon as you get to it goes grey and you can’t park. Customer service offered me a free ride when i’ve said multiple times i’m deleting the app. Rubbish app shows all the scooters on the map and none of them work

I parked my car outside my home today. At 5pm, I came out to find a Dott bike lying next to my car, the back of which had some very deep and brand new scratches. I called their number and was put on hold listening to boot music for half an hour with no reply. I am going to pursue the is but they should make it a condition of hire not to park hai at cars

They disallow reviews on their Facebook page (I wonder why) and abusively profit from stock shortages by selling articles/products at exorbitantly inflated prices with abusive profit margins. Example: they sell a PlayStation 5 (regular price 499.99 EUR) for 1199.00 EUR on Black Friday (!).

Confused.order first and had confirmation then email to say go to atm...thats why I ordered online, not near a town!! Covid!!
Reordered and added another product and went to pay with another card, portuguese not uk .went straight to ref number for....atm

I recently placed an order for 2 cases of beer though Dott. Neither case arrived. The postal service returned 1 case to the sender. I have no idea where the the other case is. They have refunded the price of one case (although I am yet to see it in my bank account) so now I am 36 euros out of pocket. What a waste of time and money.

I have ordered several items in the past 2 years and this is one of the few online companies that I trust. Quick shipping, quick delivery, online tracking information and detailed email updates. Good company

Excellent range of products, delivery information and service was excellent.
The product arrived slightly broken but it was easy to contact Dott to arrange a resolution that was very fair.
Some companies make it deliberately hard to communicate, with Dott it was very easy and once I had a contact, I stayed with that contact until the issue was resolved.
I highly recomend Dott as their support service gives me complete confidence.

Buying online in Portugal has never been this easy. While other market-places struggle with foreigner's credit cards, in dott there is no issue. Also the website interface is very instinctive, surfing on it is a real pleasure.
