The response from the technical team is always timely and relevant. Our account manager makes sure we are aware of anything that may affect our budget. The needs of our users are always considered.

Been with them about a year now which is my second time with DD (last involvement was about 5 years ago). I pushed from DD this time around when my current company was looing for an MA solution based on my previous good experience with them - specifically - easy to use, intuitive, responsive technical support and they have more than justified my faith this time around. Simple to use yet advanced-enough in its capabilities.
Whilst there are some limitations in it's true customisation abilities, this is only in rare instances.
