Total SCAM company and completely FRAUDULENT
This company is not fit for purpose. I have tried purchasing their services on several occasions over the years to see if they got any better.
You sign up to a product and pay for it in full, then you dont actually get the service you have paid for! You try to get hold of them but they do not answer you via email/support ticket etc. On this occasion I found their facebook page and it has nothing on it so perfect look for a SCAM company. I messaged them on there and they did actually reply after 24 hours saying I had been abusive. I did swear when I asked them to sort it out! I had used one profanity and I think it was justified after raising numerous calls with gthem and getting nothing.
I had already processed a refund via Paypal as I knew they would not be forthcoming with a refund.
I will asusme at this point that the vendor will try and reply with some lame excuse or reason for what they did and that I am the one at fault. However, I have tried three times over the last 6 years to take out services with them and on EVERY OCCASION they have not held up their obligation to provide the service I paid for. So if you do see a reply on here from them, please do not fall for it and try them as they are not fit for purpose
