On a weekend evening when the spring broke Simon talked me through how to close and secure the door over the phone. He offered a next day temporary fix. He obtained necessary parts and fixed permanently within a couple of days. Excellent service and a nice guy. The first company I called promised to attend and then texted 2 hours later to say they could not call. Use Dorridge Doors is my advice.

Our old garage door broke and Simon came and discussed options. The door company went bust years ago and suggested a temporary/permanent fix, which is working great for the time being.
