The order came quickly, was affordable, and the items are great!

Product ordered 12/29/2025, according to UPS dormvibes created a shipping on 1/3/2026 label & hasn’t even shipped them yet so there’s nothing to track. I paid $124 CAD for 2 sets of ceiling lights. I have sent multiple emails & chats with no response from dormvibes. I also noticed responses from the owner are also quite hostile/passive aggressive in reviews on their website. Truly disrespectful and unprofessional & I would give 0 stars if possible. Could not recommend this business any less, absolute garbage customer service. I have now filed a dispute with my bank since no product has been received almost 2 months after ordering with absolutely zero updates from dormvibes.

Placed order on 12/14/25. It says “Free 2-7 day shipping.” My card was charged that day and I received an order confirmation and order number. I still haven’t received a shipping update or tracking number. It’s now 1/4/26. No response to my emails and the customer service chat goes nowhere.

Omg I am so obsessed with my bed set!! It took like a week and a half to arrive but I was told its because each one is made and prepared per order. It's exact what I wanted and looked for and it totally transformed my room. The team was so helpful for picking which ones I wanted and kept me updated throughout the entire processs until I got it. I highly recommend I will definitely be ordering again with them

Order has not arrived in nearly a month. No big deal except for the fact that customer service has been utterly non existent. No return e mails, nothing. Even the site chat bot has nothing. Literally a customer service black hole. Just answer the e mails.

just got my new string lights for my office and i am in LOVE. shipping was quick, i’m very pleased!

It's been almost a month and they have not provided a tracking number. They say they shipped it. I'm not sure. I will wait one more week, then contest the charge.

I payed for ups second day shipping and they still haven’t even shipped my package yet as of 3 weeks later. What makes it worse, when i asked what’s going on, customer service just ghosted me. I will edit review when i (or if) i get an update.

Me and my sister got two of the bubblegum comforters and they come with pillow cases they are so comfortable do NOT hesitate get you one now!

these lights are beautiful, durable & affordable. i used to have the LED strip lights that everyone used to have, when i got those lights they were so hard to put up, they adhesive wouldn’t stick right & the control wouldn’t function properly. it was a waste of 40+ dollars, my friend sent me @dormvibes account and i found the lights, these lights are so easy to install, way more prettier/vibey & so much affordable as well. they have a pretty selection of colors and it’s so easy to put up, the hooks are the most helpful part. the price is so great for these lights, the width and length is so great! especially compared to the LED light strips. my room looks so much more prettier and not that plain with these lights. it adds sparkle and not plainness, i totally recommend these lights. great width/length/height, soo prettyyy & affordable. i love these lights

When I seen dorm I just fell in love and bought cute things. It’s honestly worth it and you guys should try it.

When i first seen dorm I didnt hesitate to purchase at all. Their products are out of this word. The lights that I got no damage or anything they work so perfectly. The canopy that I got was so easy to put up and no stains .Their customer service is AMAZING after all these places I have looked at i’ve never shopped at a place that had real time LIVE customer service ! And the website is setup so neatly and all i can say is Thank You
