Extremely Poor Customer Service and Support.
I’m very disappointed with DormaKaba’s customer service. Whenever there’s an emergency, it’s almost impossible to reach their technical support team. They take far too long to respond, even in urgent situations where immediate assistance is needed. For a company dealing with security and access systems, this level of support is unacceptable.
We rely on their products for critical operations, but the lack of timely response and poor communication make it very frustrating to deal with them. I expected much better service from a brand of this size and reputation.
Unless DormaKaba improves their response time and customer support, I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone who needs reliable technical assistance or quick problem resolution.
