Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the products, particularly a robotic puppy, finding them to be of poor quality, cheap, and not functioning as described. Customers frequently reported that the products were often damaged or missing parts upon arrival. Reviewers also expressed significant frustration with the refund process, noting that the company made it difficult to obtain a full refund, often offering only partial amounts or suggesting customers keep the unsatisfactory item. Additionally, many felt the prices charged were too high for the low-quality items received, and the products did not meet expectations based on the website's descriptions.

Meh product…

Having ordered a product from the company in December, I have just received the item damaged and items missing from the set. 2 months of waiting, disappointment, and most probably out of pocket. Should have read reviews prior to the purchase from them.

Robotic dog?

Very cheaply made robotic dog.It did nothing more than 'yap' all the time.I requested to return it to get my wasted money back, but they do everything they can not to refund you.Eventually I agreed on a 20% refund as I was fed up with going back and forth.Would not use this company again

I purchased the supposedly realistic robot puppy. Absolutely not , don’t waste your money purchasing this as it’s just a cheap barking dog in fact they sell the exact same one in primark for £7. Nothing in the advert for this item is accurate. Going in the bin

I concur with all the other reviews

I concur with all the other reviews. Robotic dog is a complete con. Does not do as advertised and is not “ as described, fit for purpose or of merchantable quality” There has been a protracted exchange of emails with each one offering an increase in refund.
We are now up to 60% from a start of 30%.
I would strongly advise not to have anything to do with this company.

Worth £5 at best I should have read the reviews

I should have read the reviews. These puppies are the rubbish plastic ones you get in most discount shops or fair ground that just YAP. My daughter has had about 5 of these as they break within hours. Look nothing like they do on the website. The previous 5 i bought from discount shops cost me no more than £5. Took 2 weeks to deliver, so come from China, had i of known that i wouldn't have bought them, and of course it will cost me more to return. So stuck with 2 useless plastic dogs and £40 down. DO NOT BUY

SCAM - Absolute Rubbish

One star because I can't do any lower.
Abysmal product, Abysmal customer service.
Item looks nothing like advertised, I don't want 30% off items I could buy from a pound shop (which i hasten to add would be better quality)
I have requested a full refund numerous times, I am taking this up with trading standards and also my bank

Update, a further 50% discount was offered and still no sign of a return label, just further delaying tactics asking for pointless photographs!!

Further update.
Was told to send the dogs back within a very short time scale (3/4days) over the Christmas period to an address in Liverpool. The post office queried the address and didnt believe it to be a legimate as its a private house and was advised not to return.
Currently in the hands of my bank and reported to trading standards

Do not buy

I was so disappointed feels like a scam. Puppy was smaller than I thought had no cover on its stomach covering its battery. Doesn't do what it says. Asked for a full refund and they are saying to save me time and the hassle of sending it back they will give me 30% of the money back. This is obviously how they make their money. I am not happy

DO NOT BUY TOY DOGS FROM DORISK

DO NOT BUY FROM DORISK. This company needs to be urgently prosecuted and shut down by the authorities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Consumers have the right to return goods of unsatisfactory quality under the act and request a refund. I have been trying to get my money back for two dogs I returned - over a month of emails (at least they reply, but I think they are playing with me or using AI to reply)

The dogs were of the poorest quality and I feel I was misled, under the distance selling regulations in place in the UK as they are certainly not as described. I am still waiting for a refund since the end of October/start of November.

Bought the so called Realistic Robot…

Bought the so called Realistic Robot puppy Dog(s) for Xmas presents after seeing the promotional advert and got suckered into buying two..
DO NOT buy them, I can’t believe that they can claim that the things the dogs can do in the promotional video on their website. They just cannot. I work in tv advertising industry as a lighting technician and I can’t believe they can get away with it.
They do not bear any resemblance to what they look like and what they can do in the on-line promotional advert.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Product advertised is NOT what you receive. Awful experience, so much so that this is my first ever review. I will be reporting this fake organisation to Citizens Advice, and advising my credit card company to remove them as a trader

Would not even rate this one star

Would not even rate this one star, but no stars was not an option.
Blatant false advertising, the product they advertise is absolutely nothing like the product you receive.
If the product was cheap maybe I would let it go, but they charge good money for cheap crap!
Bought my grandaughter a toy dog, advertised as life like puppy.
I would not even give it to her, it was substandard and quite possibly dangerous for small children. If I could have seen it previously I never would have purchased it, this company is a complete scam!
