Gents coat £104.95 arrived weeks after Christmas and ridiculously undersized. I returned following instructions to the letter and paid £34 tracking. The parcel is sitting in customs unclaimed because duty is owing.
NO REFUND IN THREE MONTHS.

I ordered two cardigans at the beginning of December, they never arrived. I was promised a refund, then I have heard nothing for over a month, they do not reply to my emails.
DO NOT BUY from these people - total SCAM

I bought a pair of boots from this company. Although half sizes are advertised they sent me size 5 which I didn’t order and they were too big! They claimed they didn’t do half sizes so they always send the nearest size! I sent them back to China as advised. But they stay in Chinese customs until claimed by the company, which they never do as then they have to give a refund! So no money, no boots!

No stars. NO DELIVERY. TOTAL SCAM

Never received order, was lied to “it got lost will re send” then blocked my email! Do not buy from these scammers! Says in Holland but obv not!!!

My complaint is the same as all the other reviews: despite having a NL address the shipment comes from China. I feel very stupid not having checked trustpilot before ordering.
Ridiculously undersized, false description (polyester is NOT a wool blend), and the returns policy is farcical as the email address given to initiate the return process does not exist.

Total scam. I was trying not to buy from China and this company hid their origin. You cannot write a review on Google, Facebook or Instagram either. You have to return clothes to China.

Dreadful. I try not to buy from China, but this company hid its origin. Item was not as described - horrible colour, sleeves very short. They argued about a refund, then sent me a shipping form and told me I had to pay to ship it back to China. No way.

This is the worst company on the planet. I try not to buy stuff from China so I looked on their website and the origin says The Netherlands. It’s deceitful because their merchandise is made and shipped from China which I found out once I requested a refund. The images you see are NOTHING like what you receive. I ordered a long open front, “cashmere” like coat with oversized draped sleeves…at least that was what the description and images showed. The pictures show the item hanging between the bottom of the knee and ankle. I’m 5’7” and it comes to 4 inches above my knee. The sleeves have no draping to them what-so-ever, they fit tight like regular sleeves. The material is like long fur from a toy teddy bear. The color is called khaki and the pictures look like a dark cream but the actual color is more tan or even camel color. They offered up to a 40% refund or a 150% store credit. I just wanted my money back. I would NEVER trust another product from this company. They expect me to pay for shipping back to CHINA. They say it’s because it’s not damaged or defective. Um, excuse me? The whole damn thing is defective! They are liars and cheats and I am telling everyone I know about my experience as they should NOT be in business. How can I even trust that I will get my money back if they are this deceptive in their advertising? PLEASE STOP BUYING CRAP FROM CHINA!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a “faux leather sheepskin aviator jacket” for £74.95 and I received a hoodie. For £74.95. The item didn’t even look remotely close to what it was advertised as on their website, and it took 3 weeks to arrive.

When I contacted the company for a refund they tried to deter me several times, eventually agreeing but insisting that I pay for their extortionate shipping costs to return the goods to China. I ended up reporting them to my bank and getting a refund via a chargeback as the company were not helpful at all.

Absolutely disgraceful scam - avoid at all costs!

I ordered a dress for New Year’s on November 28, but it still hasn’t been delivered. Today is December 16, and I’m no longer confident that my order will arrive before New Year’s. This has been very disappointing, and I don’t think I will shop here again.

Allready pass 10 days, no delivery. I hope its not a scam.

I would like to give this -5 but there is not a space for that.Absolute sham of a company.Ordered boots one month ago today..nothing.I have sent several emails and have been met with apologies and ‘we are doing all we can’.Turns out it hasn’t even been processed yet.I expect a full refund.Do not buy from these frauds.

Do not buy from this company - possible scam
I placed an order over 3 weeks ago for 2 women's suits and paid a significant amount of money. I still have not received my items, and the company has provided no tracking information or updates about my parcel whatsoever.
I have received nothing despite paying in full. This company appears to be fraudulent. I strongly advise others not to purchase from them.

Awful boots! Look nothing like the picture at all, and all marks on them, packaging was just a clear bag so the studs had made indents on one boot. Make it impossible to return as would cost a fortune. Offered a 25% refund or 125% credit note, I would definitely not use as I won’t be buying anything else.. absolute waste of money!

Ordered 3 weeks ago ,tracking is one week out of date and customer service are not good at all giving no delivery date .

I’m waiting for a trousers for over 3 weeks. Customer/info service non existent. No reply, no delivery update.
