I ordered the 32” TV and after following the tracking for 30 days it showed delivered. I have a camera system and it was never delivered. Contacted the shipping company and all they could say is contact the shipper. Complete scam charged me and never delivered product

Ordered a reclining armchair that I had seen on tiktok and it never arrived. I contacted them and they said they would refund the amount I paid. Weeks later and they still hadn't refunded anything Contacted them again and they said they were still processing refund. Fake website that sends shipping details etc., when product doesnt arrive, it's all fake apologies. Even tiktok is still running the advert even though they were informed.
