I have never met a customer service like DOPE. Constantly took care of me and answered all my questions. The pants had to be exchanged for a larger size, but there were no problems, in about 20 days the exchange was made and the money was returned. I was not satisfied with the quality of the hat, and the money was returned immediately. Thanks for caring. Great service, thank you!

I had a malfunction with one item from Dope. I contacted the customer service and we came to a great solution together!

The customer service is really trying to give you a great experiene on the slopes with there products. Their help and dedication is one of the best i have seen.

If i need a new outfit for the slopes, I will definitly go to Dope again.

Only complaint is the sizer reccomended the wrong size so I reccomend getting two sizes and returning the one you dont use!

Paid 15€ extra for 1-2 day delivery because I was leaving for my trip in 3 days.

Two days has gone by and the package is not even handed to the DHL according to their tracking system.. guess I need to buy pants somewhere else to use for my trip..

Loved the outfit. Pants and Jacket fits well! And they look awesome. I got a couple compliments when I went snowboarding. Material is great! Even if you fall, the material doesn’t look wet like other jackets and pants!. Customer service was awesome. I try another outfit but wasn’t really my style, but someone from Dope gave me a couple options and I found my style. The other outfit that wasn’t my style I returned and got full refund! Thank you!

Great Gloves
Bought snow mittens for our trip, size small. A little tight around the wrists at first but stretched out enough. Well made.

Great quality, good price point and unique designs. Also we had a slight issue with the jacket we bought but customer service response was superb and they went above and beyond our expections! Cannot recomend enough!

I had been toying with buying a Dope Snow jacket for a while because I love the colors and patterns. I finally did it. Love my Adept ski jacket and Blizzard pants. I got the insulated jacket and was concerned because of how thin it is. I always run cold. I'm that person on the mountain with heated mittens and socks. I had nothing to be concerned about. I was just in Mammoth where it was in the 20s and in Steamboat where it was single digits and windy at the summit. Wore base and mid-layers and my Dope Snow gear and I was actually hot skiing down the mountain. I also had to do a return as I bought two sizes. I usually wear a size 6. Both the small and medium in pant and jacket fit but I went with the medium as I like to layer underneath. The return was super easy and I got the refund in about a week. So far, only great things to say about Dope Snow!

By far the best customer service you will ever receive!! They truly go above and beyond. Their products are also incredible. My go to for skiing and cold weather!

Tried it out at -39 (-49 with windchill). Too cold to ski as the slopes were closed - but kept me warm out doing chores.

All their products are top quality, don’t think about it just make the purchase! I live in Houston, Texas, and I have their outer shell jacket that I wear during the winter time and the rainy season. This is the best jacket that I’ve ever known in my life and yes, people in Texas wear dope snow. I also have the hat, the gloves I simply love their products, my lower extremities and my hands get colder than normal during the cold, season the gloves keep my hands, extra warm as well as the hat. The outer shell is very good because if it’s extra cold, then we could wear under layers with it several compartments able to carry all my EDC items with no problem!

My experience with this company has been nothing but amazing. Granted they sent the wrong item, it was delivered in 2 days, kori my csa walked me through everything and started the process immediately. Very very personable and this company is amazing. I will forever only wear Montec. Kori earned the company a customer for life!!!

8 days standard deliver time is not ‘ quick delivery’ as advertised ) it’s 8 days today and still no arrived and when I messaged customer service they just try and make more money out of you- the reason for this is that they are shipping from Sweden - we ordered 27.12.23 and we still haven’t received the order ( it is 3.1.24) today, it’s quicker to get things from china ! Customer service offered to cancel the order and charge me more money for express shipping despite me paying £280 !!!

Amazing customer service as well as the product at a very reasonable price.
I ordered a jacket and ski pants. When they arrived, the pants were a bit tight and the jacket I feared would be too cold as we are skiing in Norway which is at most -6! But goes down to -20 too.
I started a return, ordered a warmer jacket and medium size pants ( usually size 8 clothes)
The new set arrived within 5 days and I have sent back the old set. They confirmed they recieved the old set and money was in my account within 5 days.
Altho you need to purchase the next set, and I was worried the money wouldn't be returned, I was completely wrong. The company is very proffesional and has impressed me enough to buy again if needed. The extra warm coat is proving amazingly here in Norway. I am warm, dry and love the selection of pockets it offers! The hood fits over the helmet nicely which means there is no draft coming through. The snowpants are comfortable and I look pretty awesome in it. They fit over ski boots well as well as snowboard boots ( we do both)
I just wish that extra warm jackets were in the same colour variety as the soft shell.

I ordered the product in size M and wanted to change it to size S. return page, wouldn't let me change to another product and the size I wanted was sold out. But on the other hand, as a new buyer, I got the same product and the same size. The customer service was no help, as their system apparently works so that you return the money and only then can you exchange the product. I don't understand why there isn't an option where I can exchange one product for another without a headache. And I don't understand, I mean, that as a new customer you can order the same product and the same size, but as a returning customer you can't.

I don't order the product because I can't stand the circus where you have to return the money and then order the product again, which might already be sold out at that point.

in customer service, they don't want to simply send another product or a smaller size instead of returning the money. that is, it takes one month for me to order a product from them. 1 week order- 1 week return and processing- 2 week return of the money to my account, if I ordered again I would have to wait another 1 week. i.e. a circus for more than a week

So disappointing ordered on the 15th December got a message on the 21st December saying it wouldn’t be delivered until the 27th December… way too slow and absolutely no good for a Christmas present. As an online business there logistics are struck in the 90’s .
