Adept Jackets are beautiful, warm and durable to a point. I bought these jackets this season for my girls and I and the only downside is the fabric is already showing some wear and tear from where my snowboard rests while walking to/from the car and slopes. The board tends to fall on the lower pocket areas and I already have several slice marks and some exposed fabric underneath and I have only used it about 15 times. I feel these jackets need to be reinforced on the lower pocket areas. I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing this so just wanted to give feedback to the company that these jackets are amazing and would have received 5 stars if it wasn’t for the early signs of wear and tear. My suggestion is to have thicker canvas like material in that area to withstand those edges.

Got the Yeti jacket and loved it! I was initially concerned that it may not be warm enough since the jacket is just the shell without the insulation, but after testing it on the last 3 trips, -8 to 0C temp range, snowy to sunny conditions, it felt perfect. I carried a mid layer with me but rarely had to layer (note: I get warm and sweaty easily). Without the insulation, the jacket is versatile for layering for varying weather conditions!

I ordered both S and M (male, 180cm, 70kg) to try, both fitted comfortably but I preferred the S which felt a bit more snuggly but still got the baggy/street vibes. The return was seamless and free. The costumer service was also fast and helpful. Would totally recommend it!

I contacted them, and the responded back immediately. I was wondering when they were going to restock some stuff, and they said in September, so I was a little sad about that. But they showed me other clothes they had, and I just love what I ordered, they even called me rad. They were were nice and I still talk to them. But after all this is probably the best and nicest company I’ve ever seen and talked to. I ordered a jacket and a helmet, I will definitely wear that, I will also order some more things in September.

Got the annok W 2021 xs they recommended but i think i should have get the small. I love the color though and material but i still felt cold because it was very windy and snowing when we snowboard even if i have 2 layers inside. They recommended getting fleece inside so next time ill try that. I only wear 2 warmer because i expected that because its insulated ill be ok but not in my experience. Im a very cold person so maybe for other people it will work good. I wish i can get different color too. I just need to save money because its pricey but i think its worth it a lil bit hoping that better insulation for next time they upgrade it.

This is my second season using their jackets. The jackets are ( in my opinion) the perfect jacket for skiing. The material they use are nice because it’s waterproof and doesn’t get that wet because the water just becomes a pearl and just falls of.

Whenever I come across a company that is new to me, like many I try and find reviews on Reddit etc.

It seems there is a slight distrust for some reason online in some communities, apparently due to their Instagram campaign appearing like other companies whose products do not fairly represent their products. However my experience has been fantastic.

Customer service - Fast, polite and professional.
Delivery - Fast, well presented & packaged.
Clothing - Even though it is clearly marketed/photographed well, it actually is consistent to the real physical items. The quality seems very good, I can't comment yet on the durability.

I love the style, I usually have to order an additional size up to get a slight oversized jacket/hoodie but their design factors this in. Their size guide was spot on.

On top of the above points, their 'Create Outfit' web tool is incredibly useful for online ordering. I wish it would allow for you to open the item in a new tab, but ignoring that it's really great, and that's just me being bratty/lazy. And again the demo actually is accurate to the product.

There seems to be a consistent level of quality and attention to detail, that clearly reflects the team involved in this company, who I'm sure have worked very hard on this.

The jackets are good quality, but they run so long. I'm only 5 feet tall so they didn't work for me. Hoping for petite or kid’s sizes in the future.

I bought Blizzard W Snowboard Pants Women Blot Peach, in size Small, and they were excellent! Love the colors, it looks especially cool in the snow! True to size, adjustable. Buying a matching jacket now!

Customer service was excellent when handling a return issue! Kori was very helpful!

Great Service / Product

Overall the people are great to communicate with and the products are generally great. however, my recent purchase was pretty dissapointing. Purchased the adapt snowboard jacket, which from reviews and description should fit true to size. I wore it once, its way too big. When I reached out, since I took the tags off there was nothing they could do. Fair enough, except when I let them know the issue, that it is way to wide of a jacket, they recognized the jacket being wider than normal. Since this is a common characteristic of the jacket, it would be nice that they add that to the description. Now I'm stuck with a $300 jacket I will avoid wearing. (To know, the wide jacket issue also affects the functionality of the snow skirt. If it were not for this experience I would have given them a full 5 stars.

I wanted to purchase the Annok snowboarding jacket but I wasn’t sure what size. I was able to message customer service for their opinion and they were able to send me a size chart. They were very fast at responding and shipping was unbelievably fast! I had my jacket within 3 days from the purchase date. It is very good quality and heavy waterproof material.
I am very satisfied with Dope Snow.

Clothes are an amazing fit and great looking! Size of the jeans and jacked were perfect and the service even better 🚀 ..for the remaining clothes (with the wrong size) I received a package with retour label and a glue strip, love it! 💪🏼 usually I don’t write a review, but Dope deserve it!! Dope snow gear is the best I've ever bought. Love the cheeky hidden pocket in my jacket and the fit, style and quality is of the highest order. Honestly, my wife and I love it.

I am not usually one to write reviews but really wanted to share my experience with Dope. I was a bit hesitant initially, ordering from a brand I'd seen advertised online but never heard of before. Eventually, I gave in and took the plunge - and so glad I did. Their snow gear does not only look amazing, it's also really high quality and IT FITS! Delivery super fast, returns process really easy. Their customer service was top notch - the first jacket I'd ordered wasn't the right fit for me so I reached out to the Dope team and asked for alternative recommendations per what I was after - and hey presto, I now have the perfect jacket to go with the best fitting bib pants I've ever owned. If I could rate these guys any higher than 5 stars, I would :) Highly recommend!

Awesome coat! Skied Breckenridge and felt warm without too much bulk. But this coat! The recommended size was right on. Got many compliments. All the pockets and quality of material was superb . Love love my dope snow Aiken jacket!

I bought the Adept Jacket in lilac for skiing and I’m extremely happy with it. The purchase experience was excellent, I reached out to the customer support to be advised on the sizing and they responded immediately (I’m usually an S but I sized down for the jacket and it fits perfectly). I then had an issue when the system filled my old address details automatically at checkout and the order was confirmed with those details, but once again the customer support replied to me on chat immediately and corrected the address very quickly.
I placed my order on the Sunday and received it on Thursday (shipped to the U.K.).
The colour is beautiful and not very common for ski wear in my opinion, so it stands out on the slopes. The jacket is warm and gives you room to layers up. I am quite amazed by the quality and I love how many pockets it has. Overall, super happy with the product and the purchase experience, 100% recommended!

The gear is fantastic -- non-toxic (no PFAS), flattering cuts, great fit, features and warmth.

But the customer service ... I am over-the-moon floored. I received my pants THIS MORNING, less than 24 hours from the time I desperately placed my replacement order and emailed to ask about shipping speed, I received my new order. I am so so grateful… I have two small ankle biters (babies not dogs) and so I am very particular about the gear (and toxins) I have around them, given that the littlest one constantly chews my clothing. And here I have my completely dope pants, in time for my trip two days from now. Your customer service is above and beyond impressive. I just became a very loyal customer.
