Zero stars would be more appropriate
I would not recommend using Doors and Floors based on my experience.
I paid in full for doors in November and December 2025 and was provided with an installer, Vinny. Despite multiple attempts to arrange installation, I was repeatedly given non-specific timelines, asked to follow up again in a couple of weeks, despite multiple follow ups and months and months of not receiving an installation date, I contacted the store (also multiple times) requesting an alternative fitter. Each time I was advised that someone would call me back, but no no one ever did. I also requested to speak with the owner, and was promised he would call me back, (as I told them I was fed up with no one ever returning my calls), but he never did.
By June 2026, after more than six months of constantly chasing both the fitter and contacting Doors and Floors, I requested a refund. The refund was processed several days later, but again more radio silence. There was no communication from the company that the refund had been made or even any attempt to arrange installation.
The lack of communication, ownership, and basic project management throughout this process caused significant delays and impacted other work that was dependent on the doors being installed.
This has been an exceptionally poor customer experience. I would strongly advise others to consider the level of after-sales support and reliability before choosing this company.
