I wish you could level 0 starts cause doordash suck. How is a door washer going to cancel a order if you can't pick it up doordash should put out there for someone else to pick it up. Do better or there will be a new company that will wipe yall out.

If I could give a negative review, I would. Right upfront, we do not eat pork or beef. Today, April 30, 2026, we ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches and eight jalapeño cheddar bites via DoorDash. After a couple of bites, something felt off. From the outside, everything looked identical, so we had no reason to suspect anything.
When we opened one of the bites, we found meat inside—most likely pork, we were so confused. We immediately called the restaurant, and the store manager, without any apology, said the jalapeño cheddar bites were discontinued, so they substituted them with bacon bites. There was no note on the packaging, no communication—nothing.
What’s worse, she said she told the Dasher, but since they only spoke Spanish, they just sent it anyway as the dasher insisted in putting it. That’s unacceptable. How is a discontinued item still being listed on DoorDash? And if language is a barrier, why isn’t there a proper system in place to prevent something like this?
We’re honestly still in shock. I have photos to back everything up.

My order never got here. I spoke with the driver and still no order. Driver was making multiple stops and I turned out to be stop 3 and was still waiting 45 min later. I did not expect my food from a restaurant a mile away would take almost an hour after it was picked up to get to me. These restaurants need to take some accountability for the services that select to deliver their product. I will not be using any business that has chosen doordash. Got a refund but would have rather gotten my food!

Wow... On April 2, 2026, I ordered pizza and paid for the pizza, the delivery, and tipped the driver. Now, I guess I have to pay to replace my own mailbox?
I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut on Rock Quarry Rd in Raleigh.
DoorDash took over the delivery (which always concerns me).
My neighbor witnessed the driver hitting my mailbox after I had gone back inside.
Pizza Hut sent me to DoorDash and DoorDash just keeps saying it didn't happen during an active delivery period. Unfortunately, we didn't get a license plate number and I haven't been able to get the personal auto policy involved.
DoorDash won't even open a claim or assist me with finding the responsible person and their coverage.

Deleted my account for two things and I’m never making another account again. At least Uber Eats has better sense.
1. Their refund policy is absolute TRASH when it comes to receiving the wrong food. They owe me about $50 because of someone’s inability to read a food ticket.
2. Also them licking the boot and pulling that staged stunt with Trump at the White House. That wasn’t even a real dasher and on top of that, why is a food company in the likes of collaborating with such a joke of an administration?

I've been driving for Doordash for 6 years and since I started the company continually slides downhill. They almost always lie to their customers and drivers alike; ESPECIALLY when there is no reason. They got a new AI system that cost millions of dollars that is way worse than useless...for you must go thru it AND IT NEVER HELPS WITH YOUR PROBLEM...then after 6 minutes of wasted time where you could have been making money, you finally get to an actual human service agent!

I got an error message from the DoorDash system when placing an order. The message said the order could not be completed, so I closed out of the app and placed the order directly with the restaurant. Both orders arrived- the DoorDash one that said it couldn't be completed and the restaurant order. I had to pay for both. When I called DoorDash to explain about the error message leading me to place the order directly with the restaurant, the agent said he would refund immediately, and then they came back and said it would take 24 hours for the refund to be approved. When I checked back, I got a message in the DoorDash chat saying my refund has been processed and would take a few days to appear in my account. I checked back a couple of times and got this same message, so I called and the agent I spoke to said there was no indication of a refund and it was too late to proces one now and there was nothing they could do.

I'm getting tired ofplacing an order then door dash keep just pushing the time then saying the order was on time. I placed a double dash order at 630 and the food didn't get here til 830. So it said there waiting to be picked up for an hour and a half and the the other half didn't show up til 930. When I messaged them they basically said it was on time so no refund or anything. Obviously our food was cold. Rediculous.

30 minutes late and counting. Stacked orders mean my food is guaranteed to show up ice cold—what’s the point of paying for delivery at that point?
This isn’t a one-off either. Prioritizing multiple orders over basic service is a terrible business practice, and customers are the ones stuck with the consequences.
Uninstalling as soon as this cold cheeseburger and fries finally show up. Not worth it.
