SCAM ALERT: Doo Prime Seized Profits, Blocked Access, and Defrauds Investors Despite Manchester United Sponsorship

​I am writing this to warn all global investors about the fraudulent activities of Doo Prime. My experience proves that this company is not a reliable broker but a "scam" entity that targets successful traders.
​The Process:
I traded with Doo Prime following all market rules. Every single day, the company sent me official daily statements, confirming my trades and balance. They even collected commissions from my transactions, meaning they accepted and profited from my activity. Initially, they allowed a withdrawal of approximately 1,000 USD to build a false sense of security.
​The Fraud:
Suddenly, without any technical evidence or valid reason, Doo Prime halted my trading, blocked my access to the client portal, and seized all my remaining profits (refer to my previous logs for the exact amount). They have effectively stolen my funds by preventing me from even seeing my own account history.
​Lack of Communication & Professionalism:
When I started reporting this on social media, they briefly contacted me claiming an "ongoing investigation." However, this was just a stalling tactic. They have since cut all communication, ignoring dozens of emails sent to their compliance, support, and management departments.
​Brand Reputation & Sponsorships:
Doo Prime is a global sponsor of Manchester United. It is a disgrace that a world-class club is associated with a broker that steals from its clients. We have already contacted Manchester United to inform them that their sponsor is damaging their prestigious brand. Reliability is everything in finance; "Money is a coward; it only goes where it feels safe." By cutting communication and refusing to settle, Doo Prime has proven it is an unsafe environment.
​Legal Actions:
I am now escalating this matter to the Labuan FSA and relevant financial authorities. I am also preparing a formal report for cybercrime units and international police (Interpol/local authorities) regarding the seizure of digital assets and funds.
​Final Warning:
Do not trust Doo Prime. They are small enough to steal a retail investor's profit but too cowardly to face the consequences. Stay away if you value your capital!

Despite this being clearly stated, customer support repeatedly insists on only one method and continues sending copy-paste responses. Very disappointing experience. I deposited $30 and received a 100% bonus, making my balance $60. After trading, when my equity came back to my original deposit amount ($30), the remaining bonus was automatically removed and my balance became $0 without any clear warning. This feels unfair and misleading. The bonus terms were not properly explained. Not recommended.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Doo Prime.

They are currently holding $3,892 of my funds and have completely disabled my withdrawal access.

I deposited $1,520 on 2026-01-21. During that period, Gold was highly volatile. On Friday, I placed trades that were floating in loss, so I kept them open. When the market reopened on Monday, there was a large gap in Gold in my favor, and I made $2,372 in profit.

This brought my total balance to $3,892.

A few days later, I requested a withdrawal. That is when the problems started.

Doo Prime rejected my withdrawal request and sent me an email accusing me of “bonus abusing.” They said they would deduct my profits. This accusation is completely unacceptable. I traded under normal market conditions, took real risk, and the market moved in my favor. That is not abuse — that is trading.

Since then:

My withdrawal function has been disabled.

I cannot withdraw my profits.

I cannot even withdraw my original deposit of $1,520.

It has been nearly one month with no proper resolution.

I have sent multiple emails to support
and received no meaningful response.

What makes this even worse is that I know their standard response on review platforms like Trustpilot. They usually reply publicly asking customers to “send details to support” — even though I have already sent multiple emails with full details and my account information. Repeating the same copy-paste response here will not solve the issue.

I am publicly requesting Doo Prime to:

Provide a clear explanation with evidence of this so-called “bonus abuse.”

Restore my withdrawal access immediately.

Release my full balance, including my original deposit.

Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this broker to anyone. Blocking withdrawals after a client makes profit is a serious red flag.

I hope Doo Prime will finally respond properly instead of sending automated replies.

Claiming incorrect address to avoid processing the withdrawal.

I've always deposited and lost money, never made any profit. I'm trying to withdraw part of my deposit, and they're claiming I entered the wrong cryptocurrency (I'm not a beginner with cryptocurrency and I'm doing everything correctly). I even recorded a video, and they won't let me withdraw $78 from my own deposit claming incorrect adress.

They just looking for profit not for customers, starts trading around 6 months, they take swap for sale position and my trade hold few month now they asking for swap chargeback.

Is this any chance or any teams and condition included about it? Is this joke?

My account balance around 4000$ now and trying to withdraw money and the decline the withdrawal and not any response from anyone, there is one support agent called david tran he just taking money without any reason,

All Funds Deducted, No Response

All my USD balance was deducted without a clear explanation. I contacted customer support many times, but even after 25 days, I received no response. I also had an IB account, and my IB commission was deducted as well. This is completely unacceptable and financially damaging.

Unfair Swap Chargebacks & Poor Transparency

Trading with Doo Prime became extremely stressful. I received USD 6,000 in swap, but later USD 10,500 was charged back with no clear explanation. Support gave vague answers and refused to provide a proper breakdown, saying it was based on internal calculations. There was no empathy for the financial impact this caused. This lack of transparency and fairness has destroyed my trust. I would not recommend this broker.

Extremely Unprofessional and Financially Harmful

My experience with Doo Prime has been extremely negative. My account balance was deducted through repeated swap chargebacks without clear or transparent justification. The amounts deducted were significantly higher than the swap I actually received.

Despite contacting their representative multiple times, I did not receive a proper explanation—only vague references to internal calculations. No detailed breakdown, no accountability, and no fair resolution were provided. The communication felt dismissive and unhelpful while my funds were being deducted.

This situation caused serious financial stress and destroyed my trust in this broker. A professional company should treat clients with transparency and fairness, especially when handling large sums of money. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before trading with Doo Prime.

They are doing fraud.

They are doing fraud.
When your acount grows suddenly they stole your money in your do prime account and upon chat with customer service they will blame you that your account was compromised and say you we have sent you email in which withdrawal was processed through a pin. They don’t provide or refund your balance. What i have money, i have invested in do prime when my acount grew up they done same with me
and now i have nothing a single penny.
