Very Expensive rest all ok, I look cheap options

I had the most helpful Customer Care & Account Manager Annie Kapoor, She took the time to find out and explain all details about my account and helping me make an important decision for my business.

almost 3 months of waiting after the creation of the LLC and still no EIN number, a llc without an ein number is perfectly useless. The website shows 4 to 6 weeks, but every week support tells me to wait another week. Now I've been waiting 12 weeks and still no news. Completely useless.

Edit: 24th July, still no EIN, this company is a joke ! I paid them in March....

Edit: 22th august, still no EIN, they sent new docs to the IRS....

Edit: 15th October, still no EIN, they offered 300$ in credits, but i still dont have EIN in 7 months.....

Software is easy to use, had some gaps here and there but they were all over it and very responsive to my requests.

So far a good experience, other than the initial few weeks where I was promised to get the tax return filed within the IRS deadline which didn't happen, but it is understandable as I joined close to the deadline.
