Do not deal with this company. Agent checked my usage and was adamant I'd be paying £80 per month less than current supplier. Signed me up and then when I received the confirmation via email, my actual payment was the same as my current supplier. Very shady sales people.

I worked for this company for just over a week, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone considering applying.
The pay structure is commission-only, meaning you only get paid if a sale goes through and the customer still wants to proceed when contacted by the customer service team. In my experience, you could spend 10 hours working, travel two hours there and back, and still earn nothing for the day.
During my first week, I was told I had achieved the most sales in the team. When I received my pay, I was surprised by how little I was paid. I was left feeling that the figures didn’t reflect what I had been told. I can’t say for certain what happened, but it left me questioning how the commission was calculated.
At the end of the day, they can keep the money because another day working long hours with no guaranteed pay simply wasn’t worth it for me.
If you’re considering this role, make sure you fully understand that it’s a commission-only position and that there is no guarantee of earnings despite the time and travel involved. If you’re not comfortable with door-to-door sales or approaching people in shopping centres, I’d seriously consider other career options.
My experience was that the role was presented as having huge earning potential, but the reality didn’t match my expectations. Management also benefits from the sales generated by their teams, so it’s important to ask plenty of questions before accepting the role and make sure it suits you.
This is only my personal experience, but I wouldn’t choose to work there again.

The two guys who came to see me were very friendly, one of them was learning and he was encouraged by the other one which was nice to see. It was good that they had better tech that was able to get a signal where many can't. They got on with the taking the details they needed and answered my questions

I actually ended up with a slightly worse tariff than if I had switched directly as a British Gas customer. The rep made it sound like the "special tariff" was exclusive to DWM but it was not, it's just one of several new tariffs available on British Gas.
They did not make it clear that they (DWM) were working FOR British Gas, not in partnership as they heavily implied. Due to high-pressure sales tactics, I switched my tariff early, which would have cost me an extra 15 pound per month. I will be cancelling/taking advantage of the cool-off period and will review tariffs myself in September.
The tariff offered was probably the best available (on British Gas) but doesn't account for other providers and they are essentially sales reps for British Gas. Lesson learned, don't let strangers talk you into switching energy. 2/5 - didn't lie to me about the product but did lie about everything else.
