we ordered their catering for my wife's 50th, food was great everybody loved it and was fresh! but the staff wasnt the most polite which hurt the whole experience...:/

Made Our Party A Great Success
We had 80 people for dinner at our home in Palm City, FL. I talked with Don Paella Catering over the telephone to make the arrangements for our dinner. They were so accommodating and helpful with my choices. Then two gentlemen drove up and prepared our meal in front our guest on two large paella pans in November 2016. Everyone raved about the food, they are still talking about it after almost 2 months. The food was just fabulous. I will definitely be using them again.

Don Paella did a wonderful party for us
Excellent food and presentation

Only issue was the difficult clean-up when we noticed the wooden deck where the paella was prepared was stained with grease and food stains

We always try to leave the area just as clean as we found it. I always tell my employees how important that is. There is also been instances where is not the chef's fault but rather the guests (I am not saying this is the case here.) Terrible food will not use them again!!
We contracted this company to make a Paella for my daughter college graduation. The food was terrible too much spices and it did not have a paella flavor. There were some left overs that we had to throw away. Not a good experience.

I'd like to say that is very unfortunate that you are so dissatisfied with our food. We train our cook to never over season the food and to always be careful with the amount of salt. I've ordered Paellas for the past 2 years for an event at Humana. I loved the friendly service provided. And most of all the Paellas are the best! I would truly recommend Don Paella to everyone.
