Project not done
The project actually isn‘t done and I have no clue why it was marked as that.
Communication so far was definitely ok and there was no rush in the whole thing which is why I’m confused now.

I needed to quickly get in touch with a certified electrician. Through Done I got in touch with a great competent electrician who could help me that same day. A super smooth process to find the electrician, book a call with him, meet him to do the work and receive the invoice.
