It's a good program, but can be better.
Downloading, Installing, and activation went fine without a hitch.
I only have a single drive on my laptop.
So cloning was very easy. I selected the source drive, but I didn't have the option to select my cloud account as a destination.
I have a 1TB cloud account, and that's where I wanted my cloned disk to go to. So that cloud account was not shown as a destination option.
That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Trust Pilot: You really should remove all these 1-star fake reviews. It's easy to tell they are fake.

I ordered items from Donemax and what arrived looked very different from the photos on the site. The quality was cheap, and it didn’t feel anything like what I expected based on the product pictures. Very disappointed.

Do not use!! It completely deleted Windows from my laptop and my laptop can't even boot up anymore. I've tried everything, it's completely unfixable. Unless you want your device destroyed, avoid this program at all costs. Can't believe I spent money on this.

The data recovery software is really good. I spend a few hours and get back nearly all (I cann't remember all lost files)photos and videos. The story began last month when my cat unplug the external drive cable (👀). Then the drive is no longer accessible even reconnected and restarted a few times. This software save all the data. I like it and will sure to recommend to the friends around.

Their system won't let you interact and they keep biling me. Can't cancel!

By far the most useless software on the planet. I spent around 10 hours struggling with this extremely stupid piece of software. It really doesn't work at all.

FINGER AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this company/software as it is very buggy and there is no support. The first month I sent four emails and all bounced back with "email server under maintenance". Really? For weeks? I did get it to backup to a USB stick after a couple of days, but Donemax won't run from its own environment.

Unless you are a computer tech or highly experienced user. This is not a program for you. Add to that absolutely no technical support or customer service. Also they will not honor cancellation request by email which is the only way to cancel. I had to have my bank not honor any future charges. This is aminus 5 star company/person.

horrible software and company doesn't respond to email i would have given them a negative 0 review if i could, i should not have trust this Chinese company. i asked for a refund and I'm still waiting for a reply.

In my experience, the software doesnt do as they claim.
They claim it is free - it is not free at all! You can download 200MB free - but to actually recover it you have to subscribe!
I have sent two emails over 4 days and no response!
No customer service at all!

It just works! I used it to change my old HDD to SSD. The full cloning of hard drive is faster and effective. My PC boots from cloned disk successfully. Highly recommended.
