Confusing Situation sorted!
Driver collected my bags but updated the collection as being unsuccessful - this was swiftly sorted out by the company and they sincerely apologised for any confusion. They assured me my donation was successful….would recommend!!

Hi Katie — we’re really sorry for the confusion this caused. We can confirm our driver attended your address and was on site for a couple of minutes; the collection was incorrectly marked as “unsuccessful”, but your bags were collected and will be delivered to our warehouse as normal.
Please don’t worry about anything being taken — our vehicles are GPS-tracked and drivers operate with CCTV in use, so donations can’t just “disappear”. We’ll be feeding this back to the team so the job status is updated correctly in future. Thank you for your donation.

A great way to donate your pre loved clothes
If you would like to donate your pre loved clothing to a charity, I would recommend Donate Clothes. There are a list of organisations they support and you know that your donation is given for a good cause
The process was very easy, there are quite a few options to how you would like the clothes collected and a date which you can choose which is convenient to you. I will be using them again.
