3 weeks and still no response
on 7/30 I tried to place an order and they said I can't order until I have an account but they have to set it up. So I requested that and they said it would by 24-48 hours. It is now August 13 and after numerous phone calls, emails, chats, no one will respond except to say has no one reached out to you. Finally someone on chat was able to help me. I was emailed asking again if anyone has taken care of this and told me on 08/04 if no one reaches out by Friday to email Pat Obrey which I did and again no response. I have moved on but I am finding out most of these type companies provide the same terrible customer service and do not respond to people. Guess they don't need the money.
