This company is outright fraudulent! We have had a case open for the building insurance for a year, and after countless calls and emails, they claim insurance doesn't cover a single thing in the claim. They completely ignore the report from the inspection and choose to acknowledge only those parts that fit their policy, which is unbelievable! We are 10 houses under the same building policy and we all have the same issues with the quality of the mortar joints, yet they claim it is only weather related, despite the fact that the inspection mentions at least 5 causes related to the building quality and poor choice of materials and application. I cannot believe that there is no institution to shut them down and stop this fraud! As customers we should be protected somehow.

Stay away I was so stupid to buy a premium insurance from this company and it's been a year that I am still fighting to get my case close worth of 8k where I paid premium of 42k

I reported a claim back in September 2023. I have been calling weekly to them to get an answer for the last two months but the people taking the phone only apologize and cannot give other information.
It is frustrating and unacceptable to get this treatment.
