Very Very Poor Service

Very Very Poor Service. DO not respond to customer inquiries and never deliver the parcel on time. there is a person known as Amalsha and his response to customer inquiries is very very poor and the fellow doesn't even answer the phone. very very poor service.

This is very unprofessional and frustrating.

I am very disappointed with this courier service. My package has been on hold for 3 days at the Mirigama branch, and there has been no proper update or delivery attempt.

The customer service is extremely poor. They do not answer calls, and there is no support or communication regarding the delay. This is very unprofessional and frustrating.

I am writing to formally complain…

The Domex delivery person, identified as Kavindu,‪ contact No. 076 137 7891‬ behaved in a very unprofessional and rude manner. He rushed the delivery, quickly handed over the parcel without allowing proper verification, and left immediately.
When I opened the package, I was shocked to find that the box was completely empty. My ordered items were not inside.

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I kindly request the following:
1. A full investigation into this incident.
2. Immediate replacement of my order.

Worst courier company ever!!!

Worst courier company ever!!!! Have to be on their customer service hotline for hours. I called them to check where my package is as it has not been delivered so far and it’s almost one and half weeks. I was then asked to contact their e-commerce department and no one answered even after staying for so long. I contacted the hotline again and I was informed by one girl that she will check and call back but didn’t receive any call. Most shittiest courier company ever!!!! Do not sent orders through this, you’ll end up in trouble. Agents do not even know how to greet. Very poor service.

Lost package

We sent a package from their Bandarawela office, to be delivered to kurunegala. They have lost the package and are not answering the phone. We have called the Bandarawela and kurunegala offices, nobody replies.
