This is by far the best place around for miniaturists and the small business couldn't be friendlier - customer service is amazing and so refreshing to deal with real people in this day and age! They truly go above and beyond and are so easy to deal with
The instructions for assembling this dollshouse were useless to say the least!! None of the parts were labelled or numbered and it took 2 men many many hours trying to work out which part went where. When they finally finished it is far from sturdy.

The kit that you have purchased is sold by ourselves and other dolls house retailers. We have sold hundreds of these over the last 10years with very good feedback from customers. The instructions are basic in style, similar to most flat pack furniture instructions. However, they are easy to follow by diagram alone with all the screw holes pre-drilled etc for easy installation. It should be very sturdy when built, perfect for an adult dolls house collector working on a budget.
I have built this kit myself within 2 hours on my own before, it should not have taken 2 men many, many hours to build.

Extremely good company, they go above and beyond to make things right. I had an item missing from my delivery and I rang them to let them know, it was sorted out straight away and the missing item sent very quickly, I wanted to order a couple of other things and the lady who dealt with my problem kindly put the new items in with missed item to save me postage.
I love that the packaging is all recyclable.
The website is easy to navigate and the prices are very fair.

I have been using them for 2/3 years now. An item I received recently had a small fault and was replaced immediately without charge. I would recommend them to anyone.
Easy to navigate the website, and all the items are of good quality and condition. Delivery is very quick too, I ordered something on the website and it arrived 2 days later. I was a bit worried that the whole website isn't encrypted. However, all the payment pages are and it also gives you an option to use PayPal too, so it is generally safe. Items arrived well packaged and secure too. Very professional company. Cannot complain.
