I have spent months trying to integrate our Shopify storefront to an international fulfillment vendor and have finally found a wonderful solution with Ships-a-Lot. Within one day of receiving my initial stock they had fulfilled all of my backlog. The integration with Shopify is seamless and I can now support my Canadian customers. Great solution!

When out ecommerce company started expanding quicker than we could ship orders, we searched long and hard for a solution. We were extremely nervous about moving all of our inventory from Florida to a fulfillment center out of state, but Ships-a-Lot made it incredibly easy.

Zach and his team made sure to answer the many questions that we had about the transition and made things as seamless as possible for us and our customers. Our margin for error was fairly high when we were filling orders in my spare bedroom, but now things are flawless. We couldn't be happier!

There's also no hidden fees with Ships-a-Lot like we encountered with the quotes from other 3PL companies. You pay a flat fee here... no extra charges unloading your inventory or ridiculous charges for each additional item they pick. Some of our orders have upwards of 20 or 30 items in it, so it's nice to pay one fee whether they ship 1 item or 30.

I found out about Ships-A-Lot in my Shopify FB group. We were getting ready to do a preorder for a new product and were not logistically setup to handle all the orders. Ships-A-Lot has been a lifesaver. What makes me so comfortable about using them is that the owners are entrepreneurs themselves and know the ins-and-outs of ecommerce. They understand first-hand how important customer shipping is. What separates them, though, from other companies is their customer service. I can't say enough about how much Zach helped us with the on-boarding process. More than that, he answered every single question I had in a timely manner. I never felt like I was bothering him with all my questions. I have no hesitation in recommending Ships-A-Lot to anyone looking for an A+ fulfillment service.

We are constantly impressed by Zach, Max and team at ShipsAlot. They are running an amazingly smooth ship there and we are so thankful to have found them. We had previously been with another shipping facility that had zero customer service and no helpful innovations. ShipsAlot has blown them out of the water and we can't say enough great things about how fast the shipping is, how attentive they are to detail, and how much care is given to each box. Orders come in and are out the same day!

Our business involves customers needing to exchange sizes quite a bit and these guys are making the returns and exchanges so simple and efficient, our customers are so impressed. They truly care and that is the difference here. Being e-commerce business owners themselves, they really get all that goes into what we do and are consistently trying to help us be more efficient. I am supremely happy.

Great staff, responsible, friendly and resourceful.

They provide a very personalized experience and are very helpful with on-boarding for new clients. They even helped us get our new eCommerce site synced and up and running (we used Shopify). Ideal for storing and fulfilling large quantities of smaller inventory with many SKUs (for us it's books). We looked at many other services and this was the best value by far. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for warehouse storage and/or fulfillment services.

Our startup went with a local fulfilment center who took over a month to get everything out from our crowdfunding project and made a mess of the information. We didn't know who got what. We transferred our business to Ships-a-Lot and within 48 hours they had tracking numbers sent to everyone including the custom assembly that was needed. They have been responsive and easy to work with. With them not being local, has not been a setback one bit.

Zach from Ships-a-Lot consulted with me on having my company use his fulfillment center for distribution. He was highly knowledgeable on the subject matter and was a pleasure to do business with. He was very welcoming and had no problem answering any questions I had. Overall, I would highly recommend Ships-a-Lot as it is a very trustworthy and intelligent company.

We've been using Ships-a-lot for several months now, and the most impressive aspect to me is how fast their response to issues or inquiries is. These guys must be monitoring their messages 24/7, because I can get issues resolved in minutes or hours even at odd hours, rather than days or weeks.

Beyond the customer service experience, I'm also impressed by their willingness to listen to feature requests and help us close the loop quickly on certain things we need. For example, I requested a summary of shipping charges to help us fine-tune the shipping cost we charge our customers, and Ships-a-lot pulled the data for me immediately. This kind of flexibility is hard to come by with other fulfillment services.

These guys are constantly improving their service; I'm very happy we found Ships-a-lot, and look forward to growing with them!

They made sure to do everything in their power to make sure things were right and done to our specifications.
