This company is absolutely unprofessional. My sister ordered me a pair of boots. I received them but they were too small. I contacted Dolaluna to initiate an exchange the same day. I’ve now had 7 email exchanges that range from having to repeat myself, to them not being able to find the order, to the requesting pics of the item first, to them asking that I keep and REGIFT them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a retro crossbody bag and just received it yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised how nice of quality it was and looked exactly like what was on the website. Honestly I was a bit concerned after seeing all the negative reviews on other products from this company, but those mainly seemed to be clothes. My crossbody bag is awesome!

I would give this website 0 stars if I could. I email the company and get the same response every time. To even get a refund you have to send the items back and pay an international shipping cost. Please do not get scammed from this website the clothes are the worst fabric things aren't even stitched together well. Its incredibley cheep fabric and horrible outcomes.

Scam! They took my money and never shipped the garments. Shocking! Absolute fraud

This site is a total scam!!! They totally stole my money, customer service will not provide phone number or address. I reported them to my bank. Don’t buy anything on this site!!!!

horrible company and product- scam- beware and do not buy from this company. the items/clothing are cheaply made and do not reflect the photo online. when asked for exchange or refund i was denied with poor customer service. it would cost me more money to ship my item back then what i originally paid for the clothing. do not buy from this company they are fraud

it's a scam. They send products that resemble vaguely whatever you ordered, they are really cheap and bad quality, they don't want to refund. They constantly change their name and advertise all over facebook

This was a total scam website. Poor quality clothes refused to return or exchange. Sizes did not align to what was posted on the website. Continue to email me and tell me that I should just give the close to a friend.

dolaluna is a scam.. they will not refund your money!! I've sent numerous emails and they do not honor.. i had to give them 1 star to write this review .. they dont deserve one star.. they should be investigated.. cloths is garbage!!

Definitely a scam website. They send counterfeit low quality products. When I requested a refund, they warned me of the two month wait time and the high cost of return shipping. Then would not provide the information to return the items.

This company is horrible.
I purchased 3 shirts, workout pants and boots.
I'm keeping the shirts even though the quality is poor and I have to do some sewing to adjust the awkward craftsmanship. The workout pants were made of Styrofoam? I don't know what the material is. And the boots? I don't even know where to begin. They are the worst craftsmanship, the worst material, smell horrible and look absolutely nothing like the photo. I wish this review site would allow me to post a picture because you would laugh your face off.
I received these items yesterday and immediately contacted the company to get a refund. They told me they need to inspect the item first. LOL did THEY before they sent them??

Terrible product and terrible customer service! I purchased 2 items and neither were as depicted and the sizes were way off! I emailed them within their time frame to be able to return but they didn't respond until after that timeframe was up. They gave me the run around in my email and never actually answered my question, and then said I couldn't return them because my time limit was up. Now I'm just out over $70!! Don't waste your time or money!

I bought a pair of boots. Quality was bad and plus not true to size. Emailed the company right away wanting to send them back. I asked for an address and their reply was sorry they have been delayed. So I sent them another email stating that I received them and just need an address to mail them back. So next message they send me is what was wrong with them? I state don’t like the material and to big. Then ask me to send pictures of the boots and original packaging. So I do. And also I let them know it is now Oct 31 and I have been messaging them since the 23rd. Still haven’t got anywhere. They say I need to message them with in 15 days of arrival lol. I messaged them 1 day after arrival. Not getting anywhere. Please don’t order from this group. Horrible

The 99cent dollar store has better quality products that’s what I got on the mail. It is so disrespectful to fool people like this.
After waiting for way over a month, trying to communicate with them to request a refund, I get clothes without a tag and terrible quality.
THIS IS A HUGE SCAM! PLEASE STOP BUYING FROM THEM as this is another sweatshop.

What they send is more like a halloween costume. But hey....they were willing to refund $5.00 of the $200 spent. Horrible people

Poor quality. Not at all like the advertised items. I am so glad that half of my order wasn't available. It would just be more Chinese rubbish for the landfill.

SOMEONE TRIED TO GET A REFUND AFTER SPENDING 300$ OFFERED THEM A 5$ REFUND!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

This site is ridiculous! Returning any merchandise takes an act of god. I still have not been able to get even an address to send items. I have several emails back and fourth asking a very simple question. “What is the address to return items?” I still haven’t got an address 8 emails later. All I have gotten are smartass remarks back. Their products are cheap and customer service is nonexistent! Do not order from them unless you’re ready to be screwed around.

Ordered from them, got everything I ordered, very good quality, no problems whatsoever. Glad I didn’t experience some of what I’ve read here.

This is an update from a previous 1 star review. I bumped them up to 2 stars because I got my items and they weren't the total garbage that I anticipated. I ordered 5 tops and 1 pair of leggings. The leggings are the only item that are just laughably terrible and nothing at all like the photo. The tops mostly do look like the images on the website, however they are all polyester and the bottom edges are just cut rather than having any sort of hem stitching. The draw string in the one hoodie I got is a super flimsy piece of silk ribbon, and the one item with accent buttons arrived missing one button and another button hanging off. I noticed that the product descriptions now do say polyester, but I swear that when I made my order the website said cotton bamboo blend material. The customer service was terrible from the start. I couldn't cancel my order, and it took 2 weeks before I was given a working link to use for tracking. I had asked multiple times for a return address and just never got one. I also got a customer service email response that was mysteriously in French, even though I had previously been communicating with customer service in English only. If you want a cheaply made version of the items pictured on the site, that is what you'll get. If you want quality items and decent customer service, avoid dolaluna.
