I'm only on week 2 so its early days yet. Booking the blood test was simple and very convenient with easy parking.
Results came after a week with clear explanation in app.
Like weekly action format with choice of actions to follow.

Instant response to form being filled in. Blood test booked for following day at convenient time and location. Results fully explained and guidance on how to improve lifestyle..Easy to ask questions with prompt responses.

The blood test report, is excellent. I can't dispute that. So far, the recommendations seem to be really good (this is just my first week, so it's hard to judge).

Just a couple of things have been slightly dissapointing - it took ages to get an available appointment for the blood test. I don't live in London, so my options were limited to one testing centre and I had to wait a month for the next available appointment. Then it took way longer to get the report vs what the app recommended. I appreciate it says 'you should receive... ' rather than 'you will receive... ' Now, I've had my results back, they were unable to give me the results of all the biomarkers. I had to point that out to Do Health a couple of days ago. I would've expected at least something to say 'here are you results, sorry that we were unable to get the results for 2 of the bio markers - here's what we are going to do about it'. I imagine, that if I hadn't queried it, no one would've picked up on that. I'm still waiting to find out why they were unable to pick up those 2 biomarkers.

Good app so far. Blood tests easy to book, results came quickly. Helpful information as to what they mean. Only two weeks in but seems good so far

I signed up and made the relevant payment. On looking to book my first blood test the reviews for the company with a few offices near me were too low on TrustPilot (around 3-3.5 stars) the nearest with better ratings were too far for me to get to. I requested a refund, my email was responded to promptly and my full refund received in a couple of days. Would definitely sign up again if better closer clinics become available- thank you

Quick appointment for a blood test on a Friday & I was impressed that results were back by Sunday. Too early to say how habit changing the plan will be.

Being held accountable by Joy may keep me focused.

I enjoy the service, but haven't used it enough or seen that improvements can't be made with the delivery of the results and the structure of the plans.
So only 4 stars at the moment

Smooth experience- going for the test and results. More info and explanation of results would be good and how they relate to each other, plus an overall holistic viewpoint- would be useful. Overall I would recommend.

Straightforward appointment and quick results within 2 days. Understandable explanation of how to improve biomarkers over time. Tailored weekly goals which are easy to achieve.

I actually really like the suggestions after the blood test. It’s just following them which is the task to do…

Close testing centre. Very speedy results. Excellent explanation of each health aspect. My biological age is lower than my actual age which is a bonus. However, I think it can still be improved and my results showed me exactly where to get started. I feel very motivated 😄

Spent last weds in A&E ct brain scan, ecg, full bloods. Thought allergic reaction to new anticonvulsant meds for epilepsy. Stopped new drug. Neurologist prescribed new meds. Do health picked up 3 probs! shall raise with GP, blood test required & potential supplementation particularly as low folic, B6,B12 previously & shall be trialing new drugs. Very pleased to have evidence, power for self advocacy with doctors. Another round of brain surgery has been discussed but needs to be correctly informed, evidence based. Pleased to have input to why energies so low, tired. Results have provided invaluable feedback.

My results came through within 4 days with a comprehensive explanation and plan of how I should tackle some red flags. I am already doing things differently to see how my body reacts and getting daily benefits from my new regime. I am new to Do Health so ask me again in a few weeks!

I found the whole experience very easy from start to finish and would happily recommend Do Health to anyone wanting to monitor the blood health markers that matter, and that your GP will be reluctant to order.
The price may put people off, but I've used other similar companies for a few years and the biomarkers Do Health test are more relevant for most people, while the price is competitive, and they include a nurse blood draw and follow up samples.
Other companies charge you extra for both!!
The results come quickly, are very informative and the AI attached to the app. talks you through any other queries you have, along with the app. helping you with other lifestyle changes to help improve any markers you think need it.
If remaining competitive I will continue using Do Health after such a great experience. Thank you.
