AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Took my money and never received a confirmation email or my dog tag. This was a month ago. Never responded to any of my enquiries. They are impossible to get in contact with. They keep sending me junk emails. Avoid at all costs.

Great website, extremely easy to navigate & use. Love having the ability to design your own tag exactly how you want it to appear. When mine arrived, packaged beautifully in its blue velvet bag, I was delighted with the very high quality of the metal used and the engraving is far superior to anything I've seen in other retail pet stores. Highly recommend this company to all. Fantastic customer service too.

I was delighted with the quality of the dog tag. Very clear font used for engraving, meaning it’s easy to read should my dog get lost. We we able to put 2 phone numbers on the back to contact which is also helpful. High quality product that I’m very happy to recommend.

First class product
There is a great choice of types of tags, and being stainless steel, they are very strong as well as good looking. For only €1 extra, I was able to get relevant information on the back of the tag, with a choice of font, and it came out exceptionally crisp and clear. I have lost count of the number of tags I have lost in the past, but I doubt that I'll have the same complaint here!

Not IRISH. Do not use this site. Ordered a dog tag for our new pup and even after 14 days, I still have not received the dog tag. When I contacted them, they said delivery is not their responsibility. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Do not use this site or part with money as the customer service is silent when things go wrong. I did not receive an order made over four weeks ago and no one is responding to my complaints. It is not an Irish based site despite how it looks.

Hi i ordered 2 dog tags in July
Hi i ordered 2 dog tags in July. Got confirmation & shipping e mail to inform me that they were en route. However no dig tags arrived. I have now received an e mail saying my only order was from last Feb. !!!!! I have lost 48 euros & no dog tags. Stay away from this sham of a site.

SCAM COMPANY NOT IRISH BASED
I used this company as they had an .ie domain name, and at checkout it sayx delivery via AnPost 2 to 3 days,
A day after ordering i received an email saying, item dispatched and posted via Swiss Post, clearly coming from Switzerland and says delivery 5 to 7 working days, still not received and clearly misleading Irish consumers, its to late once you ordered it. Many reviews of the same experience, about being misled.

No tag months later and no response.
Like many reviews I see now, I ordered my tag months ago and have not received it. I lodged a complaint twice and had no response. I still have not got the tag and am none the wiser as what to do or who to contact. Highly advise you NOT to order from this company!

Great company.
Great company. Was a little concerned about postage but they reassured me straight away with the offer of resending and my delivery arrived the same day. Tag is perfect, so clear to read and great size for my little dog. The bag it came in just made it. Definitely recommend and use again 👍😊
