My $45 ORDER NEVER arrived. It’s been almost 3 weeks since the order “shipped”. The only way to contact the company is by using the form on their website. I’ve submitted follow up requests to customer service using this form twice over the past week and have not heard back. Their automatic reply email mentions a typical 1-day wait time for a reply. They are also based in the USA, not Canada, which is misleading from their advertising and the “.ca” site. The reviews on their website will only be posted after review and approval (I.e. nothing bad) and you can’t leave a Google review for them. BE VERY CAREFUL trusting this site.

The website is easy to use, and allows you to choose the tag shapes, fonts and other embellishments. The actual tags are adorable and high quality. I would definitely order again. The one thing that should be more clearly stated, though, is that the tags are coming from Switzerland. I had to wait awhile, but the wait was worth it! Thanks!

The tags are excellent quality and came beautifully packaged. They look great on our dogs!!❤️

I was disappointed to learn that the goods come from Switzerland. They took two weeks to arrive and I had to pay duties upon delivery. The website has nothing to do with Canada aside from their website extension. Dishonest and misleading. Shameful business practices.

Great customer service, very pleasant and responsive ! The tag is amazing quality, I was surprised when I received it didn't honestly expect something that good. The engraving on it is perfect and is easily readable. Love our new tag !

Great quality of product and excellent customer service. The tag on our eldest dog (12 years) is still in as good a condition as when it was first purchased!

Although this website has a ‘.co.uk’ address, they ship out of mainland Europe so the predicted 5-7 working days shipping ended up being nearly double that. Tag is very cheap and thin, and connecting ring supplied is also very poor quality and tiny. Also ordered a Luxury Snap Hook connector and it is minuscule, there is no way it would fit on any dog collar. Tag is also not engraved as was stated, but was actually laser printed and could be scratched off. Got a much better quality tag, engraved in two minutes for the about the same price in the local Just for Pets store.

I had ordered wrong size tag for my small dog. The company sent me a new tag without any extra cost.

Fast service, the tags are of good quality and are easy to read. A must have for every dog...if anything were to happen you want your contact information available. I put the dog name on the front and my contact info on the back. I attach the rabies tag, and the tag from dogstags to the collar. Whenever we are outside of our home space, the "travel" collar and tags are on the dog.

Thank you for the professional looking identity tag. we included our dog's name, and our address and phone number on both sides. Our dog s micro-chipped, however this tag will allow a stranger to quickly identify his home. Plus, it looks great!

Last month we had to say goodbye to our 19 year old pooch. We decided to pay tribute to his memory by ordering a Gold Bone Tag which had his name on the front and special sentiments on the back.
Since we were ordering one tag we thought we’d order a second for our other pup who is still with us, for him we ordered Bone Silver with his name on front and contact info on back.
These tags were MUCH nicer than we expected. The stainless steel had a nice density to it that makes it feel more durable than an aluminum tag. We almost purchased aluminum from another site, but came across these and liked the options better. Thank goodness! The quality of these tags are fantastic, the price was great, and they arrived on time.
If we had more pets, we’d order more tags haha.
Thanks for helping us commemorate our old boy, and fancy up our other pup with a new tag on his collar.

We've been looking for a tag that would last. These are seriously beefy, twice as thick as the one it replaced. The text is really easy to read and it looks great on our pup. Glad I ordered 2 so both of her collars have one.
