Stellar customer service

My picky dog absolutely refuses to touch these treats. They smell quite strong, so all efforts to hide them in other foods she likes have been fruitless.
Customer service (Paulina) has been so patient, offering all sorts of tips to get our dog to take the supplements.
None worked, sadly. But I can't fault the absolutely stellar customer service and rapid, kind communication.

Joint supplements

It's been over a week and still have not recieved my order. Whether its due to the recent postal strikes I don't know. Item says shipped but no info given on royal mail tracking.
So an update. 3 hours after posting this my order turned up. The ordering was easy and the goods arrived well packed. Love the container pots, so cute. Hopefully these will help ease my dogs stiffness. Thank you Dogs lounge for your reply.

We're very sorry to hear you still haven't received your order. Yes, you're correct - there are massive delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes, unfortunately. We do all we can to ship our parcels as soon as possible; however, as soon as they leave our facility, there's nothing else we can do to speed up the delivery. We added a pop-up on our website to notify our customers about the strikes and possible delays and to give them the option to pay for the courier service to avoid delays. You chose the free standard shipping, meaning your parcel was sent using Royal Mail. All I can do at this point is kindly ask for your patience. I understand this is not ideal, but deliveries take longer than usual, given the Christmas period and the strikes. If you don't receive your order next week, please email us so we can resolve this for you.

Berri and Omega tablets

My 12 year old golden retriever Bear, was diagnosed in March 2022 with anal gland cancer which was causing him to pass blood in his urine. I started him off on the Berri tablets which i have on subscription for him and I can honestly say the blood has completely stopped. The vet cannot offer any other explanation so I can only assume it is down to these tablets. Also, Dog's Lounge sent me a complimentary container of the Omega tablets to try so I started giving them to both of my dogs and not only have I seen a massive improvement in both of their mobilities, I have noticed their coats are so much softer and shiny too and have received lots of comments from other dog walkers at our local park who have also noticed so I now have these on subscription too. I can't rate this company and their products highly enough and have recommended them to anyone who will listen.
