Thanks for the feedback Marie, you are right sellers, as well as buyers, all have to be careful. We do offer an example contract to help make sure that bad actors stay away, but in this digital age, if your ad is public on the internet, it's not so easy to block out undesirable people. A video screening with FaceTime or WhatsApp Video can be a great way to filter potential buyers.

Best customer service in Ireland

Brilliant brilliant company to deal with and so helpful especially to me someone who is not good with teck and yet I find it easy to navigate their site which they are continually making simpler .

Incompetent staff
This site is ridiculous well the people you have to communicate to set up an add or a page!!! They do not listen!! I had an add over 3 years ago now where I sold puppies for an older family member who can not use the internet, in the 3 years that past I lost use of the email address I used, so i set up a new page when I put in the phone number they blocked me, I have been going back and forth with these id0its in email where I am explaining over and over again I am not a seller I do not own dogs yet they said they require dogs certification and registration to be a breeder?? Also said I own multiple accounts to which I have told them I do not have access to and to delete it! They can see any information like the fact a litter of puppies was sold over 3 years ago and yet still refuse me an account under a new email!! The people running this account are extremely ignorant and do not listen!!

Hi Chloe, I’m sorry you feel this way and that you think our staff are idiots and are ignorant. I’ve reviewed our interactions and we’ve been nothing but polite and fast in our patient responses to you. You’ve deleted multiple accounts and this causes issues with our fraud detection. You don’t even remember all your email addresses at this stage. We’ve answer all of your 15+ emails and still you don’t seem to want to follow our instructions.
This issue is a user comprehension error.
