False Advertising. Not Australian - all comes from china. Overpriced. Looong wait for shipping and customer service response. Internal review system filters out negative reviews. All of this personally experienced. Stay away!
I'm fuming from the absolute unethical practices of a Chinese company touting itself as Australian.
From being rice gauged pretending it's good Australian quality, charging accordingly. Length of time from payment, order processed, & tracking shipping. I picked it straight away as it was bouncing between their supposed shopfront in 'Scumshine' I mean Sunshine Victoria (fits the dodgy cultural demographic) & Melbourne Airport... didn't even sync or match Australia Posts tracking.
Bitterly dissapointed in the extremely poor quality & how overpriced item is.

Misleading Business, "Says 100% Australian business based in South Sydney"
But all products come from from China/Alibaba/Aliexpress/Temu for up to 5 times to cost of what you pay if you brought it from china direct
Quality of the products are not worth the price paid and delivery time can take up to 2+ weeks and because it comes direct for the supplier the order can be incorrect and will have to wait even longer to get the correct order
No quality control at all
All the reviews on the Website are Internal and only show positive reviews never anything negative, external review sites show a better picture
The Owner of the business has no customer service skills and blames all his customer's for being misled and will not offer any support and will say the say generic information he does to everyone instead of taking ownership
If you going to spend the $$$ go support an actual Austalian Business with Australia Made Stuff
or Save your $$$ and just buy it direct from China
